Pets Allowed: Your four-legged companions are more than welcome! A pet-friendly retreat awaits with a fee of $65 per pet per stay, subject to approval.

Notes:
If a pet hasn't been disclosed and the no pet fee is paid before check-in, and if management later discovers that there is a pet in the condo, a $300 charge/claim will be applied.

Please also acknowledge the following:

1. Based on past experiences, we do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If your group is 21 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from us. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation.

2. Locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent nearby residents from using our property as a party house.

3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation, and you must provide valid, government issued photo ID.

4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the property at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the property, but to all guests planning to be inside at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge of $30 per person. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

5. We may need to ask for your driver's license for verification during the check-in process.

6. No parties/events. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held. If this rule is not followed, your reservation will be terminated, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

7. Not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.). We will consider your request if you request in advance. Failure to request in advance will lead to termination of your reservation.

8. Please note that this is a smoke-free/drug free environment. If any smoking/vaping/drugs are detected either within the retreat or in the common areas, we will immediately terminate the reservation and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

9. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

Great location & Views

The ladies in our family got together at this location and really appreciated the great location (proximity to shops, restaurants and the lake), and wonderful views from both the suite and the roof top patio. The suite itself was very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities we desired, including good air conditioning.

Our stay

Communication leading up to our stay was challenging. A link that we were told we needed to fill out we couldn’t access. I asked if they could try again or email me or text me the link. And I never heard back until I reached out about it about a couple weeks prior to our arrival. We were not accommodated for an early check in. When we arrived they weren’t prepared with bedding for our number of people.Overall, this place would be great in the summer when you can access the top out door area. But squishy to fit 11 people in it for the time of year we went.Overall, it was nice but for the price and for the other reasons I mentioned, I’m not sure we would return.

Fabulous Suite with Killer Views

We stayed here with 4 adults, 2 teens and a child. The unit is just a block off the waterfront but is on the top floor so has great views. There were 4 good size beds and having 3 washrooms (2 ensuite) was really convenient. Large well stocked kitchen and living room with fireplace were great. The rooftop deck is massive and although it's shared, there are 4-5 separate seating areas and 2 BBQ's so we always able to use it. Concierge was great and we really enjoyed our stay here.
