The space:
The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a split floor plan. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, range, toaster, and an ice-making fridge. The unit features a full sized washer and dryer. The grounds are complete with a full sized tennis/pickle ball court, heated pool, hot tub, gas grills, and lots of lounge space! The beach is only steps away via private access for guests. The condo also features beach towels, pickle ball paddles, a pack and play, and a couple beach chairs for guest use.

Guest access:
Guest will have access to the entire condo. There is an assigned, covered parking space for guests.

The unit is a '05 unit, so it has a larger living area with more square footage than other units in the building (05s and 07s units feature extra square footage). This makes it a great choice for families!


***Please note***
The condo itself was not impacted by the hurricanes of 2024. However, the property grounds were damaged (the photos are pre hurricane and will be updated once all repairs have been completed). The pool, spa, sundeck, and tennis/pickleball courts are all open. There is currently work being done around the property to repair and restore the grounds (including the fencing and landscaping). Most if not all repairs should be complete by spring/early summer 2025. Please reach out if you have any questions about the impacts of the hurricane to the grounds or area.
