Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the house and pier. There are owners closets that are locked and not accessible to guests. Our house is clearly marked from the road and has ample parking for several cars and a boat trailer. You will be given a unique code to access the front door through a keypad.
For those traveling with a boat, you may use the boat ramp conveniently located next door to the home to put in/take out your boat. Please request the code from your host.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the North East quadrant of Lake Gaston in the Pine Ridge Park Subdivision off of River Road in Henrico, NC. The neighborhood has a private boat ramp guests will be able to use during their stay. We are just a few minutes away from Washburn's Marina and our favorite Jenny Cakes on the Lake (YUM!!!) and about 10 minutes from Eaton's Ferry Marina and Food Lion.

Other Things to Note:
All linens are provided including sheets, comforters, duvet covers, and pillows. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest along with 1 hand towel per bathroom. Please provide your own beach towels for use outdoors. We will start you off with a two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities. We do not provide toiletries. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, wine glasses, serving platters, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, air fryer, toaster, pots & pans and much more. We also have a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker (bowl filters), plenty of mugs and a few K-cups to get you started.

Interaction with Guests:
We will respond promptly to any messages through the app. We have a maintenance and cleaning crew that live nearby and are available should a need arise that requires prompt attention.
