Welcome to your "Sunshine, Paradise Escape!" A beautiful and spacious one-story home with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, perfect for families and large groups. Our central location provides easy access to everything you need, including Old Town Scottsdale (15 min), PHX Airport (10 min), Piestewa Peak Trailhead (4 min), and several grocery stores, just minutes away! Whether you're visiting for work, or visiting family and friends, our home provides the perfect base for your trip.
Living Spaces: Upon entering the home, you can enjoy a large sectional couch and watch your favorite streaming services on our Smart ROKU TV. The dining room comfortably seats six people, with an additional breakfast table seating six in the kitchen.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking essentials, including pots and pans, a Keurig Coffee Maker, and a toaster. During the winter months, feel free to enjoy our wonderful wood-burning fireplace.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Features a beautifully decorated king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, a wall-to-wall closet, and a Roku Smart TV.
Guest Bedroom #2: Features two full-size beds, wall-to-wall closets with ample storage, a makeup/vanity desk space, and floor-to-ceiling mirrors.
Guest Bedroom #3: Features a queen-size bed and a wall-to-wall closet with plenty of hanging space.
Guest Bedroom #4: Features one queen-size bed and four twin-size beds (including a bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle). This bonus room also has an indoor basketball arcade game, yoga mats, and several toys for the little ones.

Guest Bathroom #1: Features a full-size walk-in shower and double sink vanity.
Guest Bathroom #2: Features a half bathroom.
Laundry: The home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
Workspace: Relax and enjoy a view of the pool or cozy up by the fireplace while getting some work done at our designated workspace with additional lighting and extra plugs.
Parking: The garage can fit one car, with an additional two spots in the driveway.

Backyard: The spacious backyard includes covered seating, adorned patio lighting, and a gated pool secured for the safety of your little ones and furry family members.

Violations result in a minimum $1,000 fine plus additional cleaning costs. These rules help protect future guests, including those with sensitivities, and ensure compliance with building management policies.
2. Events and Noise: Events, parties, and loud music are allowed only with prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings or noise complaints may result in a $1,000 fine and possible eviction without refund. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and other guests.
3. Pets: Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. Fees are $50 per pet for stays under 7 days, $100 per pet for stays of 7–25 days, and $250 per pet for stays of 25–30 days. Stays longer than 30 days will reset pet fees at $25 per night, per pet. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee per pet in addition to standard fees. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended unless kenneled, and cleaned up after. Potty pads are not allowed indoors. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals must be declared at the time of booking, with documentation provided upon request. Failure to notify us in advance or settle pet fees may result in delayed check-in or booking cancellation without refund.
4. Guest and Occupancy Limits: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unapproved extra guests will incur a $100 fee per person, per night.
5. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cost $25 per hour, starting at 3 PM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and cost $25 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur the full cleaning fee in addition to late fees to compensate for rescheduling and rush labor.
6. Property Care and Maintenance: Please avoid washing hair or pouring grease, oil, or other debris down sinks or toilets. Plumbing issues caused by improper use will result in a $200 fee plus additional damages. Lost, missing, or damaged keys, fobs, or parking permits incur a $150 replacement fee each. Lost or damaged phones or access devices cost $1,000 each. Handle blinds with care, as damaged or uninstalled blinds result in a $40 charge per blind.
7. Cleaning and Damages: Excessive mess or cleaning required after your stay will result in additional fees beyond the standard cleaning cost. Cleaning issues must be reported within 12 hours of check-in to be addressed. We require 24 hours to arrange inspections, which will be conducted only when the property is vacant unless otherwise agreed.
8. Pool and A/C Guidelines: Glass is not allowed near the pool. The pool is not heated. Keep the air conditioning temperature above 70°F to prevent freezing, Service fees will apply if the A/C Unit freezes, or is damaged due to guest neglect.
9. Mail and Packages: Mail and packages may not be sent to the property. Deliveries must be received in person or sent to a local shipping facility. Hosts are not responsible for coordinating package pick-ups.
10. Inventory and Damages: All items in the property are inventoried. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
11. Security and Access: There is a security camera at the entrance for your safety. Blocking or tampering with it will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Some units require access via a smartphone app, which must be arranged during business hours (7 AM – 4 PM CST) and after the prior guest has checked out.
12. Long-Term Stays: For reservations longer than 28 nights, additional monthly cleaning will be required and charged at the same rate as the initial cleaning fee.
13. Respectful Communication: Respectful and friendly communication is expected at all times. Disrespectful behavior toward staff may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
14. Safety Deposit and Screening: You must provide a valid government-issued ID when booking. Additional identity verification or background screening may be required. We reserve the right to request a safety deposit of up to $500 to guarantee compliance with these rules. Non-compliance or refusal to provide requested information may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
