Family vacay

We love this condo we have stayed 3 yrs, in it. It is in the perfect beach spot. We will be back next year. I would highly recommend it.

Cozy Getaway with a View

This condo was in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and as described. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the beautiful view of the ocean. As a mom of a 2 year old, just want to warn that there are lots of breakable items in this condo so just be prepared to baby proof. We had a great stay!

We prefer quieter areas over the heavily traveled. Sometimes it is nice to be the only people on the beach.

Wonderful Dauphin Island Stay

We loved the condo. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. The entire complex is clean and the pools were great! Even during the holiday, it wasn't overly crowed. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. It's a perfect location. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed dominoes and scrabble outside and inside. Coffee in the morning on the patio was amazing. We had some rainy weather in the morning so it was nice to look at the ocean and have coffee. We enjoyed the grill outside by the pool. The pool was very nice and felt relaxing. I believe it is saltwater. Love eating at the restaurant by the golf course. Thank you!

Great Location

Beautiful beachfront view. The condo was in a great location and had all of the amenities needed. The linens, rugs and pillows were a bit threadbare and could stand to be replaced.overall it was a good stay.

Amazing stay!

The property was well stocked with all items needed. Great view of the ocean. Pool area was clean and water was perfect. It was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks!!! Mattresses were comfortable! Also, was glad I had read the reviews and brought windex. The table in the dining room and living room are glass, so it helped me clean up.

Beach Vacation

Location is great. My complaint is the air conditioning. We had it set on 72 and came back from eating in night and it was 78 degrees in the room. Another time it was set on 72 it was 74 in the room and the thermostat wouldn’t move below 74 for about an hour. Then all the sudden it would let us lower it to 70. It was like we weren’t the ones controlling the A.C

A pleasant stay at The Inn

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had such a wonderful stay at The Inn (Room 401). The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to survive the week. Having the view of the beach from the top balcony was a real treat and being able to stroll out to the beach whenever we wanted was the best. We would definitely come here to stay again and plan on it! The island itself is very laid back, not the typical hustle and bustle of most touristy places. Make sure you plan you meals at restaurants in advance, they can get quite busy. The quiet, unpacked beaches were the best. We have found a new vacation spot! I highly recommend the The Inn and Dauphin Island.

Could Use an Update

Can’t say that we would stay in this rental property again. The unit had a constant musty smell. Not sure if it was from the old furniture or air unit. The ceiling fans and vents were layered with dust, the carpet in the bedrooms were stained/dirty, and the overall unit could use some updating (furniture, appliances, paint, decor, carpet/floors, cushions, bathroom, etc). Glad it was just two of us so it wasn’t disappointing to the whole family. We loved Dauphin Island but will choose differently next time.
