Perfect!

We had the best stay! Close access to the pool and beach was so convenient! No issues at all with the condo. We absolutely appreciated the nice coffee pot!! LOL something as simple as a nice coffee pot that is easy to use can make all the difference.

Lovely Condo

My family had a lovely stay here and appreciated the cleanliness of the property, close proximity to the Gulf, and full kitchen. Dauphin Island has many good restaurants that we enjoyed and saw dolphins swimming offshore on serval occasions. It was a wonderful stay.

Great location. We had a wonderful month full of family fun and relaxation, Space and furnishings were all good. The beach wasn’t crowded at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The ice maker in the fridge was not working which was an inconvenience. Also the towels were a bit worn out and there wasn't that many of them.Other than those two small things the unit was nice and we had a wonderful time.See you next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Inns 3 times now. We love the location. This one was a little less well stocked than the other two we've stayed in. There were no containers with lids to store leftovers, no foil or saran wrap, for example. If that's the worst thing I can say about a place, it's pretty good! We enjoyed the visit, as usual.

Enjoyable stay

Great location, nice property. Had an issue unlocking the door via keypad consistently, but the maintenance person explained that if we pulled on the door while keying in the number sequence it would function properly - and it did.

Great place!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It is clean and has all the basics you need and them some. The unit had several beach towels and the the closet on the balcony is packed full of beach toys! We were very satisfied with our stay and will stay here again. We love coming to Dauphin Island! The only negatives I have to say about the unit are that the shower drain stoppers really need to be replaced. Neither would hold water well. My 4 year old despises showers, it would have been much easier to let her take her normal long bath, but we had to do a speed one so that she would still have water. I tried to turn the jets on in the master bath and they were only able to run for a couple of minutes before the water level had dropped to low and by then there was no more hot water to fill the tub with. The other one is that the chair at the kitchen table have definitely seen better days. The 4 year old sunk in the chairs. Her eye level was with the table top. Lol I had to sit on my knees in the chair to be at a comfortable height to eat. All in all the two complaints aren’t that big of a deal for us. We will stay here again. Hopefully next time I will be able to take a nice relaxing jetted bath!

Great view

Condo was clean but cookware was worn out and even with cooking oil everything stuck and with the limited resources of the island stop before you get there to load up on needed food. Bring your own spices. Also bring extra dish washing soap and extra laundry detergent. King mattress was comfortable but wearing out. The views were awesome and the condo was super quiet. I will let it be known that there are biting flies on the beach this time of the year but should not be a deterrent. Quaint little fishing island with great sand and sunsets.

Thoroughly enjoyable

This condo met all of our needs. It’s easily accessible and quiet. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. This was our first visit to Dauphin Island, and we were not disappointed. I’m sure we will be back.

Needs a DEEP cleaning!!!

Check in was easy. Condo has a good view of the beach. Needs updating & a DEEP CLEANING!! Cleaning fans were dusty. Chandelier had cobwebs. Bathroom fixtures were rusty. Baseboards were dusty. At $125 cleaning fee after EACH stay I’d expect to not see all these issues.

Great Condo & Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo and it's amenities were great. Having a two bed, two bath with laundry and kitchen dishes etc was super helpful with kids. The condo was exactly as stated with a view of the gulf/beach and overlooked the wonderful & clean pools. It wasn't very busy or touristy, so we had a peaceful time. I would take more groceries with us next time, as the walmart was 35 minutes away in a not so safe town. There is still plenty of things to do: an aquarium, kayaking/fishing rentals, and a great pizza place across the street. We never had to deal with the rental company - had codes for the gate and door, and everything seemed fairly clean.

Lovely Beachfront Condo

The spacious oceanfront balcony has access at both the living room and master bedroom with ocean views in both rooms. The 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was perfect for myself, 5 year old daughter and grandma and grandpa. Loved the low crowd levels of the island, even in July. Across the street were a BBQ place, ice cream and shaved ice place, & pizza place & next to those were a couple of souvenir shops. Great location and views!!!
