Perfect for small watercraft including jet skis and small boats with outboard or trolling motors. The boat launch is located approximately 10 minutes away. (approximate depth ranges from 2-6 feet around the pier. proceed with caution)

Parking
• Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles. Kindly park beneath the house or directly in front of it. Avoid parking on the lawn or grass, as utility lines are present in these zones. The guest will be held accountable for any damage to utility lines caused by parking in these restricted areas.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets Allowed: Dogs only, max 2 dogs per stay, 50lb limit. pet fee $150 per pet.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
