Dieses neu renovierte Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern mit zentraler Klimaanlage, Highspeed-WLAN und Kabel-TV befindet sich in begehrter Lage in West Chop auf der bewaldeten Privatfläche von Mink Meadows und bietet einen geschlossenen Privatstrand mit Parkplatz und Golfplatz. Dieses Haus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, der viel Platz für Zusammenkünfte mit einer neu gestalteten Küche bietet, und ist sonnig mit Kathedralendecken, großen Fenstern und Oberlichtern. Der erste Stock verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Bücherregal, ein Esszimmer und ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Schiebetüren, die auf ein umlaufendes Deck mit Korbmöbeln führen, ein zweites Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, einen Gasgrill im Freien, eine heiße Außendusche und ein großes Schlafzimmer Garten mit Hortensien und Neuanpflanzungen angelegt. Die Zimmer sind mit neuen Matratzen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei neu renovierte Badezimmer mit Super Sized geflieste Duschen und ein Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und Badewanne. Es gibt vier Flachbildfernseher im Haus.

Schlafzimmer mit allen Queensize-Betten und ein Zweibettzimmer: 1. Haupt-Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und Badewanne mit Dusche. Es verfügt über ein Glas-Schiebe-Tür zu einem Wrap-around-Deck. Es verfügt über einen Flachbildschirm-TV.
2. Zweites Schlafzimmer auf Erdgeschoss hat ein Bad neben ihm mit Super geflieste Dusche bemessen. Es verfügt über eine Schiebetür mit geschlossener Tür beheizte Dusche zur Terrasse. Es verfügt über einen Flachbildschirm-TV.
3. Drittes Schlafzimmer hat Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett auf der unteren Ebene mit Tageslichtfenster und zu Fuß aus Keller. Es ist ein umgebautes Badezimmer mit Super geflieste Dusche daneben bemessen.
4. Vierte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten auf der unteren Ebene mit französisch Tür nach außen zu Fuß aus.

Already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful home, well kept and clean. Easy access to downtown Tisbury, but, also a short drive to Oak Bluffs. You get the small, quiet town feel, but, can get to the shops and restaurants easily! Private beach area was great for little ones. I really fell in love with the area staying here!

Lovely, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped house

Nice big common living area along with bedrooms/bathrooms. Kitchen unusually well equipped with lots of cooking tools, implements, pots, pans, spices, etc (lots of rentals force you to buy basics like salt and pepper). Host was helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Nearby private beach was nice to have. Quiet, secluded location but not far from the center of Vineyard Haven. We had a wonderful vacation and would happily return to this property.

Vineyard Haven Gem

We had a great stay at Mardi's house. The house is one of the best equipped rentals we have stayed in on the island. Bedrooms are comfortable and there is plenty of space throughout the house. The deck is lovely for sitting outside. The private beach is a bit of a walk but we loved having access to it. It is very peaceful and serene. A great spot for sea glass hunting and quiet walks on the beach. Overall we had a terrific visit and would highly reccommend this house and location!

Perfect

We loved staying at this home. What we loved the most: The best central AC in any rental we’ve stayed at on the Vineyard. All rooms were inviting, spacious, immaculate, and very accommodating for our group of 7. Outdoor spaces had beautiful views of the home’s landscaping. The deck was wonderful for grilling and sunbathing. The private beach is an absolute plus, very secluded, ample parking. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the equipment needed to prepare any meal. Very quiet area zero outside noise. Highly recommend.

Perfect Week

This was a perfect home away from home. Everything met our expectations. For most of the week the house accommodated four adults and three children. Then for the last four days we added two additional adults and two more children. Everything worked out perfectly and everyone had an enjoyable time. The children ranged in ages from two to eleven and the beach at Mink Meadows was perfect for them. The location is great for riding bicycles to the beach or into Vineyard Haven. The weather was perfect, allowing us to have many of our meals on the outside deck. It was nice to not have to bring beach chairs, toys, and towels since they were all adequately supplied. Definitely a great place for families.

Wonderful, comfortable, well equipped home for our family vacation

We loved our first visit to MV, and specifically, Vineyard Haven. The house was great- clean, comfortable and roomy for our extended family of 7. Bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect and we appreciated the use of the deck, beach chairs/towels and even the lobster tools we used for our seafood dinner. I even picked out a good book from the huge library to read after I finished mine! Just another of the lovely touches here. Mardi was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering many emails from me. She even went as far as asking her other NJ renter about the traffic up as we we'd never done the ferry and trip before and were nervous as to what time to leave. The private beach was wonderful - beautiful views, quiet. We swam every day. We drove one car to the beach each day just to make carting chairs, and our lunch cooler easier, but my girls rode their bikes back and forth. It didn't hurt that we had the most amazing week of weather. We rode bikes around the island plenty and took trips to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown and Aquinnah beach on different days. Great house, wonderful vacation - I'd definitely recommend this house and location.

Mardi's house

We have been summering on the Cape and Islands for more than 20 years and Mardi's house is by far the best home we have rented. The location is very private yet less than 10 minutes drive to Vineyard Haven. The house was better than advertised with a beautiful open interior. We had ten people and never felt cramped. The large deck was perfect for grilling and entertaining. The private beach was beautiful with stunning sunsets over the water. We can't wait to return next summer.

Beautiful home

Mardi's home was wonderful, updated, and incredibly comfortable. We shared the space with my brother's family and had plenty of room to hang together at the gorgeous dining room table or spend time separately in the house. Our collection of teenagers had their own hangout space downstairs and there was plenty of room in the yard for playing ball. There was nothing we needed that Mardi didn't think of to provide - from fresh towels and linens to every kitchen gadget under the sun to beach games and chairs. Access to the private beach was an added treat. This was our 8th annual trip to the Vineyard but our first stay at Mardi's and by far the best place we've ever stayed. Look forward to returning! Thank you for your graciousness and hospitality Mardi!

Paradise and perfection

This was out second year renting from Mardi. This is a beautiful property with a perfect lay out for our family. We loved the open concept yet the bedrooms were spaced out. We enjoyed the beautiful deck and spacious yard. The location was perfect. We rode our bikes daily to downtown Vineyard Haven to get out morning coffee (about 1 mile). We loved the private beach (one of the best places on the island if you ask me) . The beach is great in that it is private, great views of the ferries going back and forth, a lagoon area which is great to catch sea creatures and for small children, and their is a picnick table and jetty to enjoy. In can't say enough great things about this property. Mardi was wonderful to deal with and prompt in responding to any questions. The caretakers on site are very nice and also very attentive . We had a perfect vacation and made wonderful memories.

We need 10 stars to rate Mardi's place!

Five stars are not enough for our rating on Mardi's home away from home! I keep trying to think of something this property was missing so my review would reflect the good and the bad... but, it IS worthy of a ten-star rating! We loved the book collection - WOW! This place is more than a home... it is an experience in itself! We also loved working with Mardi who is certainly a professional who offers quality, pride AND excellence! Thank you, Mardi.

Mardi's Home

We had a terrific vacation at Mardi's house. It's comfortable, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. We have been coming to the Vineyard for 11 years and this was by far our favorite property! Mardi is amazing to communicate with as well! We will be returning!!

A beautiful family-friendly home

Great house, great space, AMAZING vacation

The house lived up to the previous reviews. It is clean, spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for. The private beach is incredibly beautiful. Vineyard Haven is beautiful and a wonderful place to vacation with the family. Thank you Mardi for giving a a beautiful house to have our family vacation. We will cherish these memories forever.

Exactly what we were looking for!!!

Our family spent an amazing week at the house and were very pleased. We enjoyed all the amenities the house offered and the incredible private beach we had access to. We went on daily runs as a family, which allowed us to see the area. Vineyard Haven is an amazing place to go on a vacation with your family. The house was warm and we felt incredible comfortable. We had two babies and three children on vacation and they enjoyed the house. The house is open and we never felt cramped. It is spacious house in a beautiful area on Martha's Vineyard.

Mardi's house

We had a great family vacation at Mardi's house in Vineyard Haven. We vacationed with my sister and her family at the house and there was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and relax. The house was very clean, updated, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the Vineyard. The private setting in Mink Meadows with access to the beautiful beach was perfect for the kids to spend hours playing while parents were able to relax. My husband enjoyed the Mink Meadows golf course which was very close and beautiful. The location gave us easy access to all that the Vineyard had to offer. We loved our stay so much that we plan on coming back. Mardi is a pleasure to deal with and wonderful host. Don't forget to make a ferry reservation early.

A Great Family Vacation

This was the fourth Summer that we rented Mardi's home. We enjoy coming back for so many reasons. The home is centrally located on the island so that it is easy to get anywhere. With all the available sleeping areas, we were able to invite our daughters and their families to join us. When our grandchildren are with us, they enjoy the beach at Mink Meadows. They also enjoy playing in the front yard and eating out on the deck. Vineyard Haven and the grocery store are nearby and so are many great restaurants. Mardi's home is perfect for Summer family fun and it's in a great location, location, location. Enjoy your vacation. Susan and Jack Mahwah,NJ

Awesome vacation home

What a beautiful home, very warm and inviting. There's a lot of room, so we (there were 11 of us) didn't feel crowded at all. The outdoor shower was very handy after coming in from the beach. It was great to have a nice, quiet private beach to go to. The large deck was lovely to hang out on when we were barbecuing. The large front yard worked well for the kids to play in. The living room was perfect size for playing board games at night. Also enjoyed the large T.V. The house was emmaculate...very clean. Lastly, Mardi was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and family.

Perfect week on the Vineyard!

My friends and I rented this house for a week and it was perfect for us! What a beautiful place! Loved the vaulted ceilings in the living/dining area and the rooms were spaced such that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Mardi was very pleasant to deal with over phone and email and her housekeeper and landscaper were around to answer any questions we had. A few of us used the private beach a couple times which was a nice bonus. Don't hesitate to rent this place!
