This tropical vacation rental is a beach lover’s retreat. Located just one block from the ocean where you’ll find white sand with surfing and fishing at beautiful Paradise Beach & Park. Includes everything you need for your beach escape – beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. This newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex is good-dog friendly and perfect for 1 – 6 people.
The space
The space
You'll be able to kick back and relax in this spacious and comfortable beach retreat. The ocean is a mere 750 steps from the front door. There are 5 restaurants and 3 bars within a 5 min walk and dozens more including grocery stores and shops within a 5 min drive. The house layout has a master queen size bedroom with a private bathroom (with shower) and sliding glass door opening to a screened porch. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a door to the tropical back yard and porch. Third bedroom has a queen bed. All rooms have dressers and closets. The second bathroom has a tub with shower. In addition to central A/C there are ceiling fans throughout the house. The kitchen has all of the amenities you need including coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans, etc.
Interaction with guests
I live next door and will be able to assist with anything necessary.

Smoking is allowed on the porch and outside only. Friendly dogs permitted.
