Das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer hat auch ein neues Kingsize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 2 neue Full-Size-Betten. Alle Schlafzimmer haben neue Flachbildfernseher. Diese beeindruckende Wohnung bietet Platz für insgesamt 8 Gäste in Betten und bietet eine überdachte Lanai Nordlage.

Der riesige und entspannende Wohnbereich ist ebenfalls neu. Es verfügt über eine Ledersuite, einen 50-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher, eine Play Station 2 und einen DVD-Player sowie kostenfreies WLAN in allen Zimmern.

Es gibt einen schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Esstisch und Stühle für 8 Personen sowie 4 Barhocker an der Küchenbar.

Küche:
Keine Lust auszugehen, kein Problem. Unterhaltung und Kochen ist ein Vergnügen in dieser komplett und neu eingerichteten modernen Küche mit Granitoberflächen. Mit der offenen Küche verpasst der Koch keine Unterhaltung mehr und kann die private Zeit mit Freunden und Familie teilen.

Clean, Quiet & Close to everything 10/10

Clean, quiet, and close to most things people want. Excellent property. I am glad I read the review and found out about the lake and walking path behind the building. It is a beautiful way to start the day. I would also recommend Moma’s cafe for your morning coffee and breakfast or light lunch. It is very walkable and in the same plaza as the Walgreens. The property itself was very spacious. It had all the amenities we needed/wanted. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will be back.

Great Property

Everything from the initial booking through the check out process ran smoothly. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. All beds were very comfortable and the management team was very responsive throughout. They had changed the locking mechanism the day of our check-in and our initial code did not work. We checked in around 10 pm and when we called someone was there in less than 5 minutes to help us. I would stay at this property again.

July 2021 Stay

All I can say is wow! Miranda’s Gem deluxe Fonda was a piece of heaven! My family of five stayed here this past weekend to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She was super excited and thrilled by the way the property was setup. It was quite and we all experienced an excellent mini vacation. Everything from All the amenities were available and her maintenance staff and office staff were so amazing. Definitely would stay here again. We can’t wait to stay here again. We all were very comfortable and pleased with her condo and services. Thank you for making this a weekend to remember

We had a great stay in the unit. Pillows are a bit harder than we like but doable. Bedrooms were spacious bathrooms were nice and decor was really cute relaxing and comfortable. Hall bath could use new doors under the sink. Doors are peeling. Only suggestion is maybe get the vent covers cleaned. They were extremely filthy. Not good for those with allergies like myself and son.

Very spacious, clean, and relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were outstanding. Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils to make cooking (or frozen cocktails) a breeze. Super close to the parks, but quiet enough to unwind afterwards. Great pool and bar area as well. Finally, Monica and team were always responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Paul McCartney Concert

We visited this property on Memorial Day Weekend for a Paul McCartney Concert at the Camping World Stadium. The property was very clean and it lived up to the nice condo and area as advertised. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do with an Uber Ride when needed and eating establishments were easily accessible by vehicle. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity or when we are back in this area.

May 2022 Stay

We came for a little sun & relaxation & our experience was everything i had hoped it would be! Our condo was immaculate & we had everything we needed within walking distance. We chose a condo versus a hotel so that we could have access to a full kitchen. It saved us a ton of money on dining bills. We used the extra money to do more fun activities. We enjoyed shopping at Disney Springs and the outlet malls, walking through Icon Park, sitting on our balcony reading books, lounging at the pool, playing video games, taking moonlight strolls & even spent a day at Cocoa Beach! We had planned on going to Universal Studios but just didn’t feel like dealing with the crowds. We had an amazing time anyway! We love it here so much, we hope to make this an annual trip!

A Wonderful Vacation Location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late on a Friday night and were unable to open the door to the condo. We were worried that this was a bad omen. However, we called Geoff and he came running from two doors down and got us right in. It was all great from there. Anytime we called about an issue (never anything big) Geoff or Lin were right there to make our lives happy. Geoff even printed out our airline tickets before we left! I contacted Miranda (the owner) several times and she always responded instantly. I just had a lot of questions, never anything awful. The location was minutes from all the parks, there was a small shopping center with a Publix and great pizza place in one direction and a in the other direction a Walgreens all within walking distance.The apartment is 2,000 sq. feet. It is so beautifully decorated, and the couch was so comfortable that I fell asleep on it - twice! We had everything we needed to prepare meals, to do laundry and to relax. The tub in the master bath is amazing! The pool and hot tub are two buildings away and just a short walk along a lake-side pathway. There are always fun activities going on and very friendly people to talk with. The bartender was fun and made great drinks.To sum up: the home is beautiful and comfortble, the location is near everything yet quiet, pretty and safe, the amenities are modern and everything you need is right there. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush! Most importantly, you are well taken care of by both Lin and Geoff, as well as Miranda. I can't wait to go back! June
