On your way in, you'll find a spacious, screened-in front porch. The porch is thoughtfully furnished, with seating for seven and a delightful swing for two. Two ceiling fans keep the space breezy, as you take in the atmosphere of St. Simons.
Entering the home, you'll be greeted by a warm living room with a plush leather sofa, chairs, and a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV, set against a nostalgic backdrop of decor featuring toys and items from yesteryear. Off to the side is an air-conditioned sunroom, filled with natural light. This room is great for games. It has plenty of seating and a 56-inch TV.
The Dining area comfortably seats six. The well appointed kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, and oven. Enjoy the use of a regular drip coffee maker, crock pot, and blender among other essential cookware.
The bedrooms don't disappoint. The master features a king-sized dual-zoned sleep number bed and an attached full bath with the original cast iron tub in flawless condition. The two additional bedrooms offer king-sized beds and ceiling fans, sharing a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outdoors, a wooden deck hosts a charcoal grill and a variety of seating options.
"The Stumble Home" is within eyesight of restaurants and nightlife like the Crab Trap, Fiddler's, and Barrier Brewery. With parking for up to four cars, experience the enchantment of "The Stumble Home" managed by Emmons Realty.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway, VRBO, or Airbnb you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees.
Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.
