The 2nd bedroom has two Twin beds with versatility to accommodated a Varity of guest.

The 3rd Bedroom has a Cozy Queen bed just right for the space!

Living space has a cozy sectional along with sitting chairs to enjoy games and family fun! And dont forget about the amazing outside porch with dining and rocking options!

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet

We had a great stay, very clean, comfortable and quiet! All the amenities we needed were there, and the hosts were great to work with and quick to respond! Beautiful remote property just off the two lane highway. Keep in mind that Uber/Lyfts can be a bit difficult to pull out to pick you up (it just takes time and patience), and the steep gravel driveway can be a bit of a challenge if not in a proper vehicle (was not for us, but it was for the rideshare sedans).

Great house!

We were in the area for a wedding at Lavendar Oaks Farm. I chose the house due to location and the conveniences it offered. The house was great, accommodating, spacious, well-stocked and comfortable furniture including beds. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the house, and we never felt crowded. Great communication with Nichole. Would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

We loved the serene setting, cozy home and watching the birds outside the kitchen window at the bird feeder! We were in town for a Premiere League soccer game at UNC. So it was a perfect location.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at 86 Blueberry Ridge! The house is just a few miles from UNC. It is a pretty home with anything you want. It’s comfortable and quiet. The things we enjoyed most were the porch (smell of the trees, sounds of the birds) and the master bedroom (comfortable and cute. Also worth mentioning is the info provided by the host and quick reply to questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting UNC or Chapel Hill.

Quiet getaway for family celebration

This home is located in a serene area, surrounded by trees and wildlife. It was so peaceful! There was coffee, creamer and a few granola bars provided for us. We felt very welcome!We appreciated the beautiful interior refurbishments and appliances. Truly lovely.Plenty of paper goods were supplied as well as plastic and cleaning agents/supplies. Ample glasses, dishes, cutlery were provided as well.The property manager, Nichole, was very responsive to our questions/concerns, which was greatly appreciated.My primary suggestions for improvements would be the bed pillows, as well as the bath towels. Everyone in our party had difficulty sleeping because of the lack of basic, supportive pillows. Additionally, the towels smelled quite musty and a door to the laundry area was entirely unattached and fell on me.Overall, the property was lovely. However, it could benefit from some regular attention to the above and other details, such as checking to make sure the batteries in the remotes are operable. We were also unable to use the living area TV as it was impossible to navigate (even for my 20 something, tech savvy kids and even after watching YouTube tutorials). More precise directions for that HiSense TV would have been very helpful.
