Other Things to Note:
We Host provides essential personal care and cooking products for your first nights. For the safety of all guests and residents, the building requires a brief guest screening before check-in. This must be completed before arrival; if not approved or completed, the reservation will be canceled.
Parking is limited to one designated space in the building garage, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. A parking pass is required, and unauthorized parking may result in towing. Handicap spaces are reserved for guests with valid permits. The pool is open from May to September (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and is available only to registered guests. Each reservation includes access for two guests, with additional guests subject to a fee. Bath towels are not provided.
The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
