Golf, tennis and country club access with membership transfer (30 day minimum). This rental includes all the benefits Lexington Country Club has to offer with $300 resort transfer fee. A delegation of privileges form will need to be filled out prior to rental if you want to golf or use the tennis courts.

This is a 24/7 gated community with guard house. Due to the highly secure nature of Lexington, if you rent it you must stay in it! Absolutely no smoking or vaping. A fee will be charged if you smoke or vape in the unit or on the lanai.
