Willkommen in Ihrem Zuhause! Unser neues Familienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern am Strand kann jetzt gemietet werden. In einer neu erbauten Wohnanlage neben dem Rehoboth Beach Country Club können Sie ein Haus für Familien genießen, die dem Strandvergnügen nahe sein möchten und abends einen ruhigen, idyllischen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen suchen.

Im Inneren erwarten Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großer Wohnbereich mit Gewölbedecken, ein großes Kingsize-Bett, 2 zusätzliche Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein brandneues Einzelbett im dritten Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein komplettes Badezimmer im Hauptzimmer und ein weiteres komplettes Badezimmer neben dem Wohnzimmer.

Mit einem Pool direkt vor Ihrer Haustür können Sie stundenlang auf der Veranda entspannen, ohne die Kinder aus den Augen lassen zu müssen! Das Abendessen kann draußen auf der abgeschirmten Veranda oder auf dem Achterdeck eingenommen werden.

Spacious Accommodations

We had a great stay for my wife's 59th birthday. A day at the beach was easy enough to get to. The residence area was quiet and calm! The house is relatively new, very clean and spacious. We highly recommend it!

Great Getaway

It is larger than it looks and well-maintained. It is clean and neat. A pool is across the street that you have access to. It's a quiet area but close to the beaches. The only thing we would recommend is to get a package that offers more TV channels. There were only about six channels you could watch. We would definitely recommend this property.

Another amazing stay

This was our fourth time staying at this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. The house is so clean and nice and has everything we need as a family of 5. The beach and Funland are only 15 min away. The neighborhood pool is right in front and several days we had it to ourselves for hours. We really hope to stay next year for a 5th time. My kids and I are always sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

House was perfect for six people. Very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The pool was convenient. Be sure to pack comforter or blankets. We just brought sheets. Very close to Rehoboth beach and Dewey beach.

Amazing week at the beach

We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect amount of space for my twin toddlers to run around and the convenient location to the pool was perfect! It’s a great location, just a short ride from the boardwalk and the beach. We had such a great vacation!

Quiet location but close to everything.

We searched for a long time trying to find the right place. And when we found this place we figured it might be a little too small. But it turned out to be the perfect size for a family of four. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and the pool was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach or highway. We will hopefully be back next year.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Stacie's home! It was convenient to stores, the outlets, and the beach. Stacie is such a fabulous host! The home is charming and comfortable and and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool access was a definite plus for my son. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch in the evenings! Highly recommend staying here for your next beach getaway. We hope to come back next year!

A wonderful vacation place

The house is amazing and perfect for 6 guests. Plenty of room, open layout, everything on one floor and the only steps are on the front porch and back porch. The location is central to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. The host is very attentive and willing to help in any way. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Great home

Great house in a beautiful community. The pool access was wonderful for our grandchildren. House was clean and spacious. Not far from the beach, but traffic was terrible and parking is difficult at the beach in Rehoboth.

another amazing family vacation here!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was our third year in a row staying at this exact property. We absolutely love the house. It’s cozy but you can also spread out and have space too (we came w 3 kids and 2 parents) There’s a screened in porch in back and a covered patio in front. We used both! The pool is literally right across the street and most nights we had it to ourselves. It’s close to stores and grocery shopping and not far at all from the beach and boardwalk. Anything we needed from the owner was addressed very quickly by her or her mom, including questions / little things that came up. The owner is super nice as is her family. My kids love it here and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful place, great location

The condo is right across the street from the pool, a few minutes drive to the beach located in a gorgeous neighborhood of homes near a golf course that made for beautiful morning walks. It was the perfect haven for a long weekend getaway with our family. We all loved it!

Beautiful property and Community

This house has a convenient location and great amenities. We enjoyed the pool (which is usually empty/not being used), the back enclosed patio is really nice, and the kids liked the toys. The community and house is clean and well maintained. I cant think of anything bad about this house - we hope to be able to return.

Roomy and impeccably clean

Grandchildren loved having a pool across the street since it provided an alternative to having to park and go to the beach. We used it three of our seven day stay. The house interior is much roomier than the pictures portray. Stacy was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any question or concern. Screened porch in back was nice for evening gatherings.

My husband and I live in Leeds, England. I am originally from Delaware and have been raised spending my summers in Rehoboth Beach.

When I moved overseas, what I missed the most was the beach. I wanted to give my kids the chance to have the same great memories I had growing up. We have finally found the perfect home away from home for us to give our 3 kids a chance to grow up having summers at the beach too.

We are not over until late July every summer which gives us the perfect chance to allow other families to make memories here as well.

We hope you choose our home to begin creating your own fantastic memories and family traditions. Please ask if there is any help we can provide in making this the ideal getaway for you.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Rehoboth truly is a home base for me. I have such special memories from every stage of life here and there is not one requirement to the ideal vacation that this area doesn't fulfill for us.

One aspect about Rehoboth I find to be the most appealing is its diversity in what is here at your fingertips.

You can go from the beach to roam the lively boardwalk filled with family-run amusement parks, restaurants, bars, and designer shopping.

When a shopping day is in order, there are not enough hours in the day to cover all the Outlet Shopping there is on offer.

Restaurants? Whatever you taste-buds are calling for, they will be satisfied. Personally, being a big sushi fan, I cant get enough of Saketumi or Cultured Pearl...my all time favorite restaurants.

My kids are never bored. Between the beach and boardwalk fun, theres mini golf everywhere you look, waterslides, local cinema, and watersports galore. Henelopen State Park is a short drive away, and its always worth going for a ride on the Cape May Lewes Ferry ride.

Rehoboth is a great 'hub' of sorts. In a close proximity you have Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Beach, and Ocean City Maryland. All have their own adventures and great attractions for days out.

No matter what your age, Id be happy to give recommendations on where to go and what to do... I love this place and I know you will too.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Our property is in a brand new secluded development of only 30 homes. These homes share a pool which is situated right outside the front of our property.

Being located back near the Country Club, it is a very quiet street. There is not a lot of traffic, which makes it a great place to come back from the beach or boardwalk to a nice, quiet setting, put the kids to bed, and enjoy a drink out on the porch.

It is also a fantastic place to go for a bike ride. Interlocking neighborhoods and a quiet road around the Country Club is a great bike riding route with little traffic.

Our home has not only a spacious front porch that can be enjoyed, but also a back deck and a back screened in porch which has a secondary sitting area for family meals.

We love the thought we can sit out front on the porch while the kids play in the pool right in front of us and we dont have to take our eyes off of them!

All of the beds are ultra comfortable, but it has to be said that the Master king bed is honestly one of the most comfortable beds I ever stayed in. I feel like a true Queen when I am there.
