Guests have access to the entirety of the unit, with the exception of the garage.

A boat slip can be rented for an additional $500/week from Akiskinook.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

The amenities of Akiskinook's private community are truly exceptional. Dip in the indoor pool or indulge in a soothing soak in the hot tub, perfect for unwinding and pampering yourself. If you're in the mood for some friendly competition, head to the squash courts for an energetic match or challenge your travel companions to a thrilling foosball game. For those travelling with children, the outdoor playground will keep them entertained for hours, allowing you to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The community also has a private beach and marina to enjoy summer activities on Lake Windermere. In the winter, the lake turns into the world's largest groomed skating rink, so be sure to pack your skates!

You will require a vehicle to get to the resort and to explore Invemere/Windermere's other activities; however, you will be able to walk around the resort to all of its amenities.

Guests have access to 2 parking spots in front of the unit. Additional parking is available in the parking lot at the community's front entrance.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
