Willkommen im BESTNEST an der 40 Shell Ring Road in Sea Pines. Sie können sich darauf verlassen, dass unsere angegebenen Preise unsere allerbesten sind.

Unsere Philosophie ist es, dass Ihr Urlaubserlebnis rundum komfortabel und durchweg erstaunlich sein soll. Sauberkeit ist eines unserer Markenzeichen und wir nehmen Sauberkeit ernst.

40 Shell Ring verfügt über Hickory-Boden und keinen Teppich. Die Küche ist komplett renoviert und mit Ahornholzschränken, Granitzählern sowie neuem Kochgeschirr, Geräten und rostfreien Geräten ausgestattet - sogar einem eingebauten Weinkühler.

Der Essbereich bietet Platz für acht Personen und vier weitere Barhocker auf der Kücheninsel. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein integriertes Unterhaltungscenter und HD-TV / Blu-ray / Netflix.

Die Hauptebene Master (König) ist geräumig und verfügt über Wand-TV. Das Bad verfügt über einen Doppelwaschtisch und eine ebenerdige Dusche.

Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (ein Queen, zwei Zwillinge) teilen sich ein Vollbad mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Es gibt auch eine Höhle mit Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten oder Surfen und verfügt über ein Vollbad und Platz für Kleidung und "Zeug". Das Bett ist ein Zweibettzimmer mit ausziehbarem Bett.

Es gibt einen neuen Gasgrill zum Kochen mit einfachem Zugang zur Küchentür und eine geräumige Garage für 2 Autos ist ideal zum Parken von Fahrzeugen oder all Ihren Gewändern.

ZAHLUNGEN: 50% fällig bei Buchung. Der Gesamtbetrag ist 60 Tage vor Anreise fällig. Langfristige Winterreservierungsbedingungen sind unterschiedlich - bitte erkundigen Sie sich.

STORNIERUNGEN: Stornierungen, die 90 Tage oder länger vor der Ankunft erfolgen, werden mit vollständiger Rückerstattung abzüglich 10% des bezahlten Betrags berechnet. Stornierungen 89-45 Tage vor Anreise verfallen 60% des gezahlten Betrages. Stornierungen 44 oder weniger Tage vor Anreise verfällt der Gesamtbetrag gezahlt. Reiseversicherung wird immer dringend empfohlen.

WIE FERN ZU STRANDEN: 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Meer / Sea Pines Beach Club.

ZUGANG ZUM BEACH CLUB / PARKEN Das Parken am Beach Club ist für alle Übernachtungsgäste von Labor Day bis Mitte März gestattet. Von Mitte März bis Ende Sommer bringen spezielle Beach Trolleys die Gäste von verschiedenen Parkplätzen innerhalb von Sea Pines zum Beach Club. Vollständige Details erhalten Sie zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Reservierung oder fragen Sie einfach nach weiteren Informationen. TAG NACH ARBEITSTAG IM MÄRZ KANN JEDER IM BEACH CLUB PARKEN.

Great Family Getaway

We made a last minute decision to get away for the week and we were lucky to have found this property. The management company was maybe the best I have ever worked with when traveling. Very professional communication, the house was well equipped, and the home was just as described and very well maintained. The interior of the home was well decorated and the view outside was very relaxing and interesting with the various birds visiting. We had one issue pop up and the management company handled it quickly and professionally to ensure we were taken care of and not further inconvenienced. I would definitely rent this house again if I had a group of a similar size and I will definitely use this management company again when booking our next property.

Great Time Had By All !

The house was awesome, spacious, clean and all the amenities you didn’t know you even needed! Kitchen was great with the best set up I’ve ever seen in a rental (4th time on the island) was pleasantly surprised. We did a family night where we made gnocchi and this was the perfect kitchen island to do it on. Beds were quite comfortable, the screened in porch was perfect for my rocking lawn chair and my 10 month old granddaughter could safely play. The staff was so nice, even left a basket of goodies for us with a note wishing me a happy birthday which I just briefly mentioned to them. How great is that! It was a wonderful experience we were in need of nothing you could really just bring your clothes and your stay would be perfect. They have everything including beach equipment! It was a quiet neighborhood which was so nice to come back to after a day at the beach. They also left treats for our dog...talk about paying attention to details!! I highly recommend renting from BestNest Beverly Serral

For us included a "whacked out" thermostat and a wifi router that couldn't support Spectrum. Both issues were resolved ASAP. The house itself is laid out well, and we liked Carolina Place; however, the cleanliness and odor of the furniture and rugs was below par for the price of the rental.

Family Vacation

This home was beautiful, and was exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site! The home is extremely clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our vacation. We felt extremely comfortable and at-home. The clubhouse/swimming pool area was perfect for us when we were not at the beach! The property management staff was excellent and answer any questions that we had immediately. I would definitely recommend this property for your visit to Hilton Head!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at several Bestnest properties over the years and this one did not disappoint! Very well appointed with every kitchen and beach amenity you’d need. The secondary bedrooms are separate from the master which is nice and the bonus daybed in the office (a completely separate room next to a full bath) gives you a fourth bedroom should you need it. We’ve stayed in this subdivision before. It is very close to the main gate at Sea Pines. It is a bit far to walk to the beach, but the Sea Pines Beach Club is an easy 15 minute bike ride as is Harbor Town. Although the price point of Bestnest is a bit more than most rental agencies, in my opinion, it is well worth it to be able to pack only your clothes and show up to a very clean rental that has everything you need including all of the beach equipment and all of it is in great shape! I doubt we will rent from anyone other than Bestnest!

The location was perfect for biking on the trails, watching the birds and occasional alligator in the lagoon from the screened in porch, riding horses at the Lawton Stables and quick trips into Harbor Town to shop/enjoy dinner and music. Plenty of privacy in this large home along with a fully equipped kitchen. We were surprised by the welcoming baskets of goodies as well!

The home was beautifully decorated (not just furnished by second-hand shops) with incredibly comfortable furniture and even original art on the walls. Loved the screen porch--great for that first cup of morning coffee, watching the sun come up over the forest behind the house. Kitchen was so well-equipped (we are a family that cooks, so this was important) and also incredibly well-organized. We love being in Sea Pines, and having the Forest Preserve just a quick bike ride away was a great plus. The rental company was so responsive to our request for an extra table so we could do a family jigsaw puzzle. We had a relaxing, delightful time and hope to repeat it soon.I only have one piece of constructive criticism: the TVs did not appear to be connected to conventional cable channels, only streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, which made it impossible for us to watch ESPN at night when your office was closed and there was no one to call for help. The cable guide print-out listed in the manual was not available. Could you do something to address this?

Holiday Gathering-November 2021

This bright & tastefully decorated home located in a quiet Sea Pines neighborhood was a perfect location for our family holiday gathering. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 small children to enjoy our Hilton Head visit. The main sitting area had plenty of room for our family to gather. The master suite was warm & inviting and the other bedrooms were sufficient in size. There was ample closet space. The kitchen/dining area was large enough for all of us to eat together. The screened-in porch and deck area were nice and overlooked the lagoon. The house is one of the most well stocked and organized that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was supplied with numerous appliances/utensils, including 2 coffee makers, toaster and slow cooker. The wine refrigerator was a pleasant surprise and the new Weber grill with plenty of propane was also nice. Linens/towels were fresh and plentiful. The check-in and check-out procedures were seamless and made our visit much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home and hope to visit again.

The community pool and tennis court are conveniently located—no need to drive somewhere else or make reservations. There’s a small room which is perfect for reading or TV viewing if one wants a little “alone” time. Great screened in porch for viewing Ibis and alligators. It would be nice to have 2 kings and one queen or full since our family consists of 5 adults. It’s pretty far from the ocean, but that was ok with us. We could drive or bike to the ocean. We will probably return to this home next year.

The neighborhood in Sea Pines was lovely and the location was perfect- convenient to everything Hilton Head offers. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and I can’t say enough about the organization of the kitchen. We appreciated the welcome gift and numerous amenities provided such as fragrance free laundry products, paper goods and kitchen cleaning products. The king bed was very comfortable. Everything was in top notch condition. We loved the community pool and rental bikes. Enjoyed dining at Charlie’s, Skullcreek Boathouse and Redfish. Great massage and facial at Faces. Thank you for a stress free and thoroughly enjoyable vacation experience.

Beautiful home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My ffamily that included 5 adults, a 5 month iold baby iand a 10 year old enjoyed the size and beauty of this home. We loved the look and feel of the home and having access to the neighborhood pool. IWe found getting to the beach extrenely challenging as beach access is limited and carrying chairs, coolers, beach toys and baby carriers on the trolley (two trolleys needed from this location) was not an option. As a 20 year visitor to the island, I prefer easy access to the beach.
