It features three bedrooms and two baths and just a quick drive away is Anna Maria Island offering pristine sparkling beaches, beach town vibes, and fantastic shops and restaurants.

As you arrive at A Piece of Paradise, you'll notice tropical landscaping, and inside is an open living room with a large sectional that converts into a sleeper sofa and views of the pool. The kitchen has been refreshed with stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge, and cookware essentials and utensils. There is a kitchen table, and through the French doors is a formal dining room with a modern table with seating for eight.

The primary bedroom boasts island vibes with vibrant decor and has luxury bedding as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have TVs and plenty of storage space and have been designed to make you feel like you're right on the beach. A hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination is available, and off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The home’s location is ideal for visitors to this area, as it's convenient to many popular restaurants, a boat ramp, the IMG Academy, parks, plus the serene walking and cycling paths that dot along the Manatee River. Follow Manatee Ave West, and you will find yourself dipping your toes into the award-winning turquoise water and soft sands of the Gulf Beaches of Anna Maria Island. Soak up the legendary golden sunsets, dine under the stars at a local restaurant, and take in the miles of coastline.

The garage and kayaks are not for guest use.

3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
