Great House Close to Disney!

The Hilltop is exactly as advertised with all the amenities a family could want. Not even 10 minutes from the Magic Kingdom, this property was great for families wanting to go to Disney and take a mid-day break! Great space!

Great Property and Location!

Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 10 hrs old down to 6 months. Listing was super accurate, great location, and Greg was amazing to work with. This place is PERFECT for a Disney trip for large families. The theming is excellent!

Lovely all around!

Quiet, gated, guarded community. Super convenient to all parks. Home is very spacious and works well with families with kids. Owner is hands on as well. We will for sure be back here for our next family event!

Perfect vacation!

Everything from pre-stay communications, to check-in, to our actual stay, and through to check-out was perfect. Our host was more responsive than I would ever expect and the house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 children. We unfortunately had two rainy days, but the heated house pool and main pool allowed us to still enjoy swimming when it otherwise would be too cold. This is on my list of vacations rentals to return to in the future!

Spacious, clean home for large family!

We are a large family and wanted to give our kids the Disney experience without staying on property. We couldn’t be happier with this house. The large spacious kids rooms were all Disney themed, plenty of baby things, and lots of space for adults. This is one of our favorite neighborhoods to stay in and we will definitely be back. The host is kind, helpful, and is easy to contact. The backyard pool was our favorite!

Beautiful Summer Vacation

Everything was easy, my husband was able to reach someone right away when we had a question. The home was beautiful. There were a lot of board games (it rained a couple of the days we were there) but, having them was helpful to our family; kept us off our phones. We would love to stay again next year.

Great House!

Great location, nice house for a large family or multiple families. Would definitely stay again! Could be stocked with basic essentials. (Only had 1 roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry detergent for the load of towels that was asked to be started by property managers)

Amazing

Our stay was amazing! 4 adults and 4 kids and still plenty of room left to spare. 3 minute drive to Walmart and 15-20 minutes to all Disney parks! Property manager was great and attentive. The fridge was not working and accommodations were immediately provided with a new fridge. Property is gated and safe! Would absolutely stay there again!

Great house....superb host!

The villa is as it looks in the pictures. The facilities were just what you needed when trying to escape Disney Park chaos. The location was ideal - short drive to anywhere and 2 mins to a Walmart which had everything. Greg was a great host. We've stayed at a few VRBOs in florida and his preparation and attention whilst we were there was the best we have experienced. When the credit card clears we will start planning the next one and consider this house again....

Great house and stay

Clean, nice decor, fun amenities for the kids, convenient to Disney. Private pool and hot tub plus access to community pool was the best of both worlds. We had 11 including 6 kids under 10 and never felt cramped. Gameroom in garage gave good separation as did dining in kitchen family room and outdoors. Downstairs bedroom was great for grandpa as there were no steps to climb. The area was extra quiet with hardly any traffic by the house. Daily garbage pickup was a plus.

Great family home

This house was even better than the pictures showed. We had myself, my husband, our 2 adult children with their spouses and our 5 grandchildren. (11in all) The kids loved the pool and games room. My youngest granddaughters loved the princess bedroom and my teenage grandsons were thrilled with the gaming bedroom. There was lots of space so we never felt squished at all. We had a couple issues with the hot water and front door lock and they were both handled immediately. The property was clean and very comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer and a large kitchen to make family dinners in. The property was close to Disney parks and Universal. Studios. The community pool and water park were a big plus as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Arlene!

Our Family Vacation

This house and property are amazing. Clean, beautiful and the big water play area is just wonderful including the food! One thing I would suggest is more towels. If you have trouble with the pool heat call management listed in the welcome book right away. There is a breaker for the pool that sometimes trips so no heat in pool. They came within an hour after I called. Pool was wonderful and the hot tub. Hopefully they fix the check in process. I think they will. Greg Paxton answers right away and the property is fantastic.

A Great Getaway

Our group of 14 (age range: 4months - 67) stayed here about two weeks ago. The house was clean, beds are comfortable, and there's enough space for everyone. The kitchen comes fully loaded with enough plates, bowls, cups, and various appliances. My uncle enjoyed cooking in that kitchen. The Star Wars themed room is very cute and exactly as pictured. The kids enjoyed playing the game systems in there. They also enjoyed the game room and the pool. The pool area was nice. We couldn't get the hot tub to warm up but that didn't ruin our stay. Greg responded back quickly to all of my questions. I recommend that you check out the guestbook because majority of the answers to my questions were in there (I didn't realize that until our last day). Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely return
