Nice clean and close to TBK Sports pkex

This place was perfect for my family and my cousins family to stay for the weekend while our girls were playing at TBK Sportplex - only a 5 min drive! Clean. Host was very responsive. Easy checkin.

Perfect for our large family

Our family traveled from three areas of the country to stay at this property, so that we could spend Christmas with additional family who live locally. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with ample space for everyone in our group, and added bonus, it was the most well-stocked of any rental we’ve stayed in with regards to paper products, trash bags, and toiletries. We appreciated the holiday decorations, too, as we had children with us for this stay - it added to the coziness of the home and helped to make the experience a little more special for them. To the thoughtful hosts, thank you for sharing your home with us!

One of the best places

Our family of 12 stayed at this modern and very clean five bedroom condo. Open concept so it was a great space for everyone to hang out. Easy communication with the owner too! Would stay here again!

Home Away From Home

We were in town for my mom's funeral and my husband's dad's 92nd surprise birthday party! What a lovely home-so clean and more than enough space for all my children, their spouses and my 2 grandbabies. Nice property

Very nice house, larger than it looks and very quiet neighborhood. We did not realize this was a townhome until we arrived, it was not a big deal at all, just didn’t realize it based on pictures, however we may have missed it in the description. It was nice to have access to the garage for garbages/recycling and home was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Girls weekend Getaway

This is a wonderful new home with 5 bedrooms. The home is immaculate and furnished very nicely. We enjoyed the nice open kitchen and living area and quiet bedrooms downstairs for some that turned on early. The beds were very comfort and the bathrooms very spacious. Great location in terms of restaurants and surrounding areas. We will definitely stay here again.

Surprise 90th birthday gathering

This was a perfect place for my family to stay as a surprise for our mom's birthday. Everyone had someplace to sleep and the kitchen was great for feeling like you were still part of the gathering while making food. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great spot for families

We have family nearby the house in Iowa and this was the perfect spot for 6 adults and 2 babies. The home had plenty of bedrooms and the basement was a great space for the little ones to crawl and play. It’s a 5min drive from anything you could need. Christina was very communicative and responded quickly.

Nice place, but needs better furnishings - host needs better communication

The property was a very nice size and very new. Could be furnished better. There were almost no lamps and one of the "beds" was a mattress on the floor. Very light on cookware; We had planned to make a big meal but switched to order-in pizza after surveying the kitchen equipment. Overall the stay was good until after check-in when the host messaged that "I am missing 2 outdoor chairs that were both here when you checked in. Any idea where they are?" We responded that we had not moved any chairs but had noticed there was some patio furniture in her garage. Two days later and she has not bothered to respond, leaving us unsure as to whether she found the chairs or might be making a claim against us. An apology is in order, but at the very least, she should have let us know the status. (Follow up: messaged her again to ask if she had found the chairs, and lo and behold, they were in the garage.)

Excellent home for a family gathering. Five bedrooms and large common areas gave us plenty of space for six adults and six children. Location was quiet but close to everything. Home was well equipped.
