Unser Haus in der 925 Arawak Avenue ist nur zwei Häuserblocks vom neuesten Zugangsweg zum wunderschönen Halbmondstrand von Marco entfernt. Wir bieten Strandkarren, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Kühler und Handtücher für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Es verfügt über eine glänzend weiße Küche mit Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Offener Grundriss mit Essbereich, Kücheninsel, Medienbereich und Wohnzimmer. Alles neu eingerichtet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit neuer Plüschmatratze, angeschlossenem Bad und direktem Zugang zum Lanai. Master-Bad verfügt über Doppelwaschtisch, separate Dusche und freistehende Badewanne. Die Gästezimmer, Queen und Twin, befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses und teilen sich ein Bad mit Steinmosaikboden. Mit Fliesen- und Bambusböden und einer Richtlinie für Nichtraucher und Haustiere streben wir eine Umgebung an, die wenig Allergene enthält. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this great house. There was all we needed and the beach is so close to walk to. Too bad that the following week the house was not available anymore. We would for sure love to come back to this great place. Thank you very much Alan!

Beautiful house!

Alan called us right after we got settled in to let us know to call him anytime if we had questions. That was nice.The pool was the favorite for the kids. Plenty of pool toys and floaties. Beach was a short walk. They have plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, and sun huts. We left a few beach items for the next guest.We used the air mattress “EZ bed” and that was great to sleep on too.Nice to have some condiments/spices already there. We left paper plates and cups for the next guest.Would definitely stay there again!!! House was beautiful and clean! Thank you Alan and family!!

A perfect getaway!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family beach getaway! The screened-in pool was a hit with the kids, the short walk to the gorgeous beach/sunsets couldn’t be beat, and Alan was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. The beds were comfortable, the garage was we’ll-stocked with beach gear, and there were plenty of towels for all the water activities. No complaints and a place we’d happily stay again on another trip to Marco Island!

Marco Island Thanksgiving Trip

The property was perfect for our stay during Thanksgiving. We stayed for 8 days. Home was in a great location with a very short walk to public beach access. The home was as described and detailed instructions were left for any questions we had. the only thing that would have been helpful is if an upright vacuum was left available for guest use. there were times where we wanted to clean the kitchen or other areas but weren't able to. Also, bring pillows because the ones that are on the beds no longer have support because they are old. No complaints at all! this house was perfect for our stay.

Great Spring Break Getaway

We loved our spring break on Marco Island. Home is in great condition, located in a quiet neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach. Home is equipped with everything that you might need… 20+ beach towels, great outdoor seating area, fully stocked kitchen, keyless entry, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach accessories, etc. Our girls in particular loved the outdoor heated pool. We highly recommend the home & hope to visit again soon.

Excellent Home, Great Hosts

Overall, we absolutely loved our 2 week vacation here in Marco Island. The house and the host Alan are fabulous. We loved the location and the home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. We had a very minor issue that the host responded immediately too and it was taken care or very quickly. Alan also checked in on us and was willing to give any help or answer questions about some weather that was coming through. I can say without reservation that this was a wonderful vacation home. Overall fantastic vacation, thank you Alan

July 4th - Week at Marco - Rufina

This is our 2nd stay at this awesome house. Everything described in the description and photos is accurate. The location is an easy walk to the fabulous Marco beach. July is a little toasty in southern Florida, but the combo beach/pool made everyday spectacular. Do not be deterred by the Florida summer forecasts, it said rain everyday, but we only say rain a couple of times during the day for 20-30 minutes and a couple storms during the night. Nothing with the weather change any of our plans. Back to the house - bikes, beach cart/chairs, enough towels for a dozen people. We left the garage refrigerator stocked with beverages on the way out. Also left (2) twin self inflating mattresses for future guests. Great trip many thanks to Alan.

Highly recommend this home

House was perfect for a family of 5. The house was well equipped with everything you needed and had so many things to start out your stay (tissues, paper towels, soap…) The pool and covered area was amazing!! Location made it easy to get to the beach, and the owners had everything you needed for the beach. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with if you needed anything. We highly recommend this home.

Another amazing stay at Rufina!

This is our second time staying at this amazing property. The house is exactly as described - spacious enough for my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters and includes everything you could possibly need for a vacation stay. The best part? Feet on the sand in exactly 6 minutes from the front door to the breathtaking Marco Island beach. Alan and Anisia are wonderful hosts - Alan checks in and makes sure everything is perfect and is available anytime you need him. We loved our stay and look forward to returning to Rufina again!

Perfect week at Rufina

Alan and Anisia are the perfect owners/hosts. Their Marco home is spotless, beautifully decorated and furnished, and in the most perfect location. The neighborhood is awesome, and we were able to stroll the two blocks to the beach with the provided beach cart, chairs and umbrellas in less than 5 minutes. The heated pool is sunny and inviting—and perfect for an early morning swim or post-beach dip. There are several shaded conversation and dining areas on the lanai if you need respite from the sun for awhile. The kitchen was well equipped and the pantry is well stocked with spices, condiments and items not normally found in short term rental homes—as were the bathrooms. Finally, the owners were incredibly quick to respond to our pre- and post-booking questions. Do yourself a favor and book this home for the best vacation ever.

Most Amazing 2 Weeks on Marco

We have stayed at a condo on the beach our last few visits, but really enjoyed being in a house close to the beach this time. The home was very well appointed and had anything you could possibly need, they thought of everything. They had high quality beach chairs and a cart to take everything to the beach. Beautiful lanai and pool, loved eating breakfast outside and chilling at the pool after the beach. Two family members had to work and the house was set up perfectly for working. Alan was very available and responsive. Can't say enough about how great our vacation was. Counting the days until we can return.

Well appointed home - Short walk to the Beach!

We had a fantastic week in Marco Island at this home! Our group likes to cook every night and the kitchen was well appointed. The rest of the home was well supplied as well...just pay it forward and restock if you are the last one to use it up. We ate outside by the pool each evening, explored the Everglades, biked around Marco Island and visited Naples one day. The spacious beach is a short walk from this home. They had a convenient beach cart in the garage which we used every day to haul chairs and bags to the beach. Will definitely return to this home the next time we are in southwestern FL.

Family Vacation

This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint! It is a beautiful home with fantastic amenities and in close proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping. Our only regret is not staying longer than a week! We will definitely be returning :)
