From the moment you walk in you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of emerald coast and a comfortable modern farmhouse design, which is comprised of a multitude of lavish features:

Summerwind is located right on the beach, next to Navarre fishing Pier and access road to mainland. It is a walking distance to several restaurants. This area is secluded, quiet, family-friendly and just majestic - the white sandy beaches, the clear emerald gulf waters and views views views!

Resort AMENITIES include three (3) pools, one of which is heated, three (3) hot tubs, a well equipped workout facility, and outdoor grills. Summerwind Inn is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.

Unit is equipped with outdoor Ring Camera. Summerwind is a non smoking resort. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No smoking in unit or on balconies. No pets allowed.

Convenient and Beautiful

Very beautiful place looks just like the photos very clean and well put together true beach feeling. Sets right next to the pier which was great we loved going out there around 5:30 in the morning seen all sorts of marine life my favorite was the sea turtles. Very convenient two restaurants set in the parking lot right next to the condo with no waiting in line to get in. Very laid back atmosphere family oriented. There were several chairs to take to the beach kid toys and floats. The only thing I could say that they could in approve on is need more towels in bathrooms and get a better vacuum cleaner. These two things aren’t a deal breaker for sure but would make it a little easier. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay.

Wonderful place!

This condo was one of the nicest places we have stayed! Everything was very clean and comfortable. I will be booking again next summer! The shower was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans you need. The view was amazing!

Beautiful property in perfect location

We loved our stay. Easy access to the beach and walkable to restaurants. We could hear the live music from the pier next door in the evenings as we sat and relaxed on the balcony.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

We can’t say enough about how incredible our stay was. The amazing view from the balcony, thoughtful design, comfortable couch & beds, and the best showers. We had everything we needed! The beach is a short walk from the condo and the pier is great for a walk or people watching. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony and listen to the live music from Windjammers next door. Can’t wait to visit again!

It’s the little things that make it relaxing….

Beautiful condo with all the extras! It was so nice not to have to take beach towels, beach chairs, or a Keurig on our drive to the beach. We took our own laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs since we have stayed in other condos and it was needed. The owners of this condo provided that also! There’s also an iron, ironing board, and small cooler there for your use. That’s the first for me in a beach condo! The small relaxing details is what makes this condo so worth renting. We will be back! It’s just so nice to not have to take all the extras while on vacation. Pack a bag and just go!

This stay was by far Our best and most comfortable over the last 7 years of vacationing in Navarre. Views were great, unit was clean, Showers are "The Best" !!! Quick Get-a-way

We decided on Sunday before we left on Tuesday and this has been by far our favorite place to stay. There are not enough good things to say about this condo. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked. The host, William, was easily accessible should we have needed him. The best part of the condo for us was the wrap around balcony. The view is absolutely gorgeous, especially, the sunrise!!! Also, with it being next to the pier, we loved watching all the activity at the pier! Finally, the beach is right there and beautiful! I highly recommend this condo.
