Alles ist brandneu, super sauber und wartet auf Sie.

Unser Zuhause liegt an der Ocean Ave in Bradley Beach. Wir haben eines der wenigen Häuser, die sich für Gruppenmieten in dieser familienfreundlichen Stadt qualifizieren.

Wenn Sie mit dem Strand fertig sind, überqueren Sie die Straße und genießen Sie die kühle Brise von der Veranda. Sie können bequem sitzen und das Feuerwerk genießen oder Minigolf spielen: liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der Spielplatz ist den Block hinunter und es gibt jeden Abend kostenlose Live-Musik und Tanz im Gazebo.

Günstig in der Nähe der Hauptstraße 18, dem Garden State Parkway und in Gehweite zum Zug gelegen, ist es einfach, hierher zu gelangen.

Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang auf der Promenade nach Ocean Grove, Asbury Park, Avon und Belmar. Unter 20 Minuten können Sie den Tag oder die Nacht in Point Pleasant oder Pier Village in Long Branch verbringen.

Große Restaurants, Bowling, Kino und eine Eisdiele Linie Main Street. Also lehnen Sie sich zurück und entspannen Sie sich oder gehen Sie hinaus und spielen Sie. Das Leben ist großartig und das Ufer. Also, komm runter und bleib eine Weile bei uns. Sie werden sich in unserem neuen Zuhause wie zu Hause fühlen.

Week in Bradley Beach, NJ

This is a perfect location. Sunrises from the upper deck were spectacular. The house was clean and kitchen, linens, etc. were well stocked. Maurice was a great host and communicated with us promptly and often to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Great place close to the beach!

Cannot beat the location of this house--right across from the beach! Unlike the previous reviewer, we had no issues with the porch furniture or the cleanliness of the house. House had everything we need and was very comfortable for three friends--would reccomend!

Great Oceanfront Beach Vacation House

Wonderful beach house located oceanfront. Perfect for small families. Loved the outdoor second floor deck to watch sunrises over the ocean and to see and hear crashing waves in evening. Will likely return.

Perfect Beach Location Needs Updates

Wonderful location across from the boardwalk and ocean! We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and evening cocktails on the upstairs porch overlooking the ocean. It was only steps from the beach. Maurice is a very responsive host. But the place needs some serious updates. For example, the grill is barely usable and the vertical blinds do not work. Bathrooms are mostly clean but quite small and outdated.

Just ok. Not what we had hoped for.

The property is right on the ocean as listed, but the pictures show a cozy front porch and beautiful flower beds out front. 4 plastic chairs and gravel in the beds is what it really is. The cleaning fee was excessive due to the fact that when we arrived, there were dirty dried foot prints in the front bedroom on the floor, items under furniture when we had to move a small dresser over, and hair in the bathroom tub and floors. Many broken or non-functional blinds and access to the top floor balcony was prohibitive due to said non-functional blinds. We would have been happier with these having been updated and the cleanliness having matched the cleaning fee.

The property was clean, well kept, and well supplied. Everything needed for the beach was available. The only drawback was on the street parking, which for our offseason visit was not a problem.

Perfect Location

Our family loved our stay here. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and we will definitely return! We had grandparents and small children with us and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Love the Jersey Shore

If you know the Jersey Shore this home is spot on. Covered front porch with chairs, Master Bedroom balcony upstairs over looks the ocean. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, one full bath upstairs is a claw foot tub with shower, other full bath is off the kitchen, and is very small. Good space, all a/c works, washer/dryer, dishwasher!!! Backyard has storage, picnic table, and hose. Location is prime, ride your bikes from Asbury to Belmar! Wee had a marvelous time, and enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable.

Great location for beach lovers! 🏖

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and boardwalk as well as the many restaurants and activities in the Bradley Beach/Asbury Park area. The house is older and could use some updates. However, the location and size were great for my husband and I to enjoy a week at the beach with our adult children.

In town for music festival

This was my first time coming to New Jersey and I traveled with my husband and another couple. I reserved this charming house for a music festival at Asbury. The owner was super easy to work with and communicated well. The location was right on the beach and we loved waking up and drinking coffee on the front porch. The only thing I wish was a little different was I wish the house was updated a little more for the amount we paid. The bathrooms are a little tight, BUT this wouldn't stop me from booking again!!!

Perfect location for a beach vacation

This home is the perfect location for a beach vacation. The front porch and the deck upstairs were wonderful to enjoy the beach views, the ocean breeze, and relax and enjoy. Beautiful view from the bedroom and great front porch where you can relax. Right across from the beach which is perfect. We had a great week.

Family friendly, perfect location, home kept with love

We just finished a week at this beautiful beachfront home. The home's location speaks for itself. The ocean is your front yard. We met the owner of the home's father who takes so much pride in the property that it warmed our heart. He was there in a moments notice when we couldn't figure out the grill and wanted to make sure that we had the most positive experience we could have - truly priceless. The home is clean, modern and happily sleeps a family with guests. The kids room is a big hit with its bunk beds. We hope to stay in this home again next summer.
