HPU Graduation

We stayed at this lovely home for our daughter's HPU graduation weekend. It was about a 15 minute drive to campus. The home was lovely and just as pictured. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. Throughout the entire process, from initial rental through check-out, Garet always responded immediately to any issues. Travel toiletries and paper goods were also provided for our stay, which was a very nice touch. I would note that all the bedrooms are upstairs, so it is not the best home for anyone with limited mobility. Also, this is someone's home you are renting, so there are personal items in the closets, drawers & refrigerator. That being said, the home was spotless. They have a very good cleaning crew.

Great communication from host. Great property with everything you need in nice, quiet neighborhood. Definitely will book again if ever in the area. 5 stars all the way around!

I was born into a real estate family. Both my parents retired from Real Estate in Bethesda, Maryland outside of Washington, DC. After over 20 years as an Executive in non-profits including American Heart Association, High Point Regional Hospital, Boy Scouts, and Easter Seals, I decided to follow my passion for property management with my wife Kelly.

You can normally find me spending a lot of time in the woods with our son or at the barn watching my daughter horseback riding. I enjoy hiking, biking, spending time with family, NFL football, and college basketball in my free time.

As a family, we love heading to St. John in the US Virgin Islands, the coast of NC, or the Mountains of NC or Virginia.

We are located in the Oak Hollow Estates neighborhood which is surrounded by Oak Hollow Lake. The neighborhood is very sought after and since the entire neighborhood is cul-de-sacs, it is perfect for walks and bike rides.

We are 15 minutes from PTI Airport and 15 minutes from the High Point Train Station. We are located 10 minutes off of I-40.

This is an Immaculate home with an amazing backyard to play in or entertain. Our space is perfect for a family to enjoy the comfortable spaces throughout the property. The living room has plenty of room for a fire while watching the games on the smart TV or spread out and play some provided board games.
