Nice place, but…
This condo was clean, well stocked kitchen and had all the essentials. It is very basic and decorated simply. A few issues- Parking! The deck is tiny and under the building. Tight, small and not enough spaces. If you go out to dinner, good luck finding a spot when you get back! The tennis courts which were pictured on the listing are gone, painted over. My kids were excited about playing pickle ball but there wasn’t information shared about the courts being closed or gone. There are not enough lamps in this condo. No bedside or table lamp in the 2nd bedroom -only the overhead. In the master one of the bedside lamps was broken and no lamp by the futon in that room which would have been a great place for reading a book. Back to the positives— the beach! The area in front of and to the right of this building was so great and plenty of room to spread out at the beach. Not overcrowded with 100s of rental chairs monopolizing the beach like many other high rises. There are places being built to the right but for now it has a nice private area of the beach which we really liked. The pool is small and looked nice but we never used it. We loved that you can walk down the beach to the Flora Bama to get a drink and eat but if you go out anywhere for dinner or to the store pack your patience. Traffic in this area is terrible depending on time of day and you really can’t walk anywhere-you have to drive. The management company was super nice and communicated extremely well.
