Panorama Palms is the recently remodeled 3-bedroom mid-century ranch home, ready to host your next vacation with its unobstructed views of the magnificent San Jacinto mountains. Located in a quiet corner of Palm Springs, this beautiful and colorful home backs onto a golf course, creating a totally serene experience where you can take in the beautiful sunsets, whether from the pool, or inside through the wall of glass that brings in all the light to the fabulously stylish living areas. As you approach Panorama Palms, the bright yellow front door hints at the wonderfully vivid mid-century design you will find inside the home. Upon entering, the entrance foyer presents a totally groovy walnut room divider, the other side of which see the generous living room with high vaulted ceiling.
Here you will find a huge mid-century styled yellow sofa, large enough to seat all your friends and family, complemented by an orange armchair and ottoman, oversized vintage table lamp, and wooden tables, all placed on a bright rug that completes the colorful retro scene.
Here you can relax and watch the large screen TV mounted on the fireplace, put on some vinyl on the record player, or simply take in those wide screen views beyond the pool.
On the other side of the two-way MCM-style fireplace is the dining area with seating for 6 at the round retro table, as well as the updated kitchen, fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, appliances and more. The kitchen’s white cabinets and terrazzo style countertops are complemented perfectly by the fun and bright wallpaper that really brings those mid-century vibes.
Heading outside, you will not only find those impressive 180º views, but also a large 10-seater dining table, BBQ grill and a conversation seating area all under the patio cover.
Further afield is the large pool (heated upon request), surrounded by six luxurious aqua-colored sun lounges and stylish yellow umbrellas that combine to set the scene and give you some real “Old Hollywood” vibes. It’s the perfect place to work on that tan while taking in those panoramic views, including that of the legendary Bob Hope house up on the mountain.
At one end of the pool you will also find a fire pit with bright yellow chairs, superb for taking in the stars on those cool and clear desert nights. On the opposite side, the hot tub awaits for when you’re ready to soak in all this magnificence.

With its warm orange hues inspired by the desert sunsets, this primary bedroom gives you direct pool access and sunset views in the afternoon. Its wooden furniture and breeze block wallpaper bring the retro feel to the fore. This oversized bedroom with high vaulted ceiling features a luxuriously soft, hotel quality king-size bed, Brooklinen linens, its own private en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet space, and generous dresser with large television. The primary en-suite bathroom is also mid-century in style with its white and wood twin vanities, retro lighting, and brightly tiled shower.
The Sand Room
With its vivid yellow color scheme, this bedroom is inspired by the desert sands and features a king bed with hotel quality mattress and Brooklinen linens. You will also enjoy a dresser, wall mounted TV, ample sized closet and views to the south.
The Sky Room
Colored in a variety of blues, this bedroom is inspired by the clear and bright desert skies. Here you will experience a hotel-quality king-size bed, Brooklinen linens, ample closet space, dresser, wall-mounted television, and views to the north.
Both the Sand and Sky Rooms are adjacent to the central bathroom with its double vanities, toilet, bath and shower. Its turquoise color is reflective of the Palm Springs pool experience, and even has privacy sliders to the breezeway between the house and garage that allow direct access to the pool and yard.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood and has a 2 car garage with 2 spaces available to park. Street and driveway parking is also available. Guests have full access to the home and grounds during your stay.
Housekeeping - mid stay cleanings required for stays over 14 nights a minimum of every 14 days of your stay. Guest will be billed for additional cleanings every 2 weeks and scheduled to meet guest needs. These additional cleanings are $425 per cleaning and include a complete linen turnover and amenities refresh. Daily/Weekly cleaning are available if requested with additional fees.
Host with the Most can be available for anything you need & will greet you in person within 24 hours of your arrival.
Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older.
Parties and events are not permitted.
This home allows a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 kids 12 or under.
There are strict music, noise, and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated.
No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.
All activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the city wide quiet hours ... and to be good neighbors.
A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules and all adult guest names listed on the contract.
Pool heating is optional at a rate of $95 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your reservation and can be heated on demand.
• This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, and we do have MANY breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise children at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed.
• NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day.
•There are noise ordinances here in PS, so NO MUSIC is allowed outside on any device at ANY TIME. In addition, there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. There is NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE. NO music on your phone, bluetooth device - NO MUSIC. If someone reports you to the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM and remember about the music being a NO NO at anytime outdoors - not even inside with doors open so it can be heard outside.
• 12.5% tax has been charged as a “Transient Occupancy Tax” per the City of Palm Springs requirements for any stays under 28 nights.
•Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax.
•An outside contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required for short term rentals in the city of Palm Springs and must be present for the stay.
•All guests will need to read and sign the Good Neighbor Form and a face to face greeting at check in is required.
-Surveillance or recording devices on property - Ring camera at front entry to monitor entrance and noise monitoring device inside main living area and pool area. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
Failure of Tenant to adhere to City regulations will be considered a breach of this rental agreement. Furthermore, Tenant recognizes the right of the manager to ask Tenant and Tenant's guests to vacate the unit immediately if it becomes necessary without a refund of the rental amount.
•Missing &/or stained LINENS will be charged to the guest at the current rate for replacement. ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS will be charged to the guest accordingly.
