Welcome to the Salty Peach! This island home was formerly Sandy Bottoms and was a hit with guests! New owners brought a fresh and updated look and feel with decor and added amenities with all of the comforts and convenience of home!
The Salty Peach has plenty of parking with 4-5 (depending on vehicle size) spots and room for a golf cart. It's 4-5 blocks to the beach and about a mile to restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Easy to cart around the island!
Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
You'll be pulled into the back yard as it's one of the large yards in Port A and has one of the largest pools in Port A - much bigger than a cocktail pool. The whole family will be able to enjoy the pool together! Lounge by the pool, grill or, enjoy dining at one of the picnic benches - it's a true outdoor experience at the Salty Peach.
Heading upstairs, your top deck will offer you a porch swing that you could sleep on - super comfy and beautiful! Take in the sunrises with morning coffee and a throw blanket!
Walk into to a spacious living, dining and kitchen - open floor plan. This is where everyone will gather to make plans or after a fun day at the beach or telling all of your fishing stories. For those who love to cook, this kitchen is well stocked! Dine at the bar or at the large dining table and seating!
Shuffleboard anyone?! For those who like to stay busy and competitive, shuffleboard is right there! Enjoy a game in between cooking, eating or napping in the living area.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
