Welcome to Latitude Adjustment! Located in the gated Village Walk community on 11th St, this 4BDR home sets the scene for the perfect beach getaway for 10 people.
Step inside and be welcomed by coastal luxury, beautiful finishes, and all of the comforts of home. On the main floor, you will have a large, well-stocked kitchen - perfect for those who love to prep, cook and serve family and friends! An oversized island flows into a large dining table and chairs and into the living space with plenty of seating to kick back, relax, and enjoy your vacation. You are now on island time!
Retreat upstairs to one of four bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed, while bedroom 4 is a bunk room with twin over twin bunk beds. A 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway and in-unit laundry adds convenience.
The outdoor areas at Latitude Adjustment were made for outdoor living in style. An enclosed patio with lounge seating is the ideal spot for relaxation or friends and family to gather. Fire up the grill in the front yard to enjoy an evening BBQ around the picnic table. The upstairs has access to a spacious wrap-around deck in the front which overlooks the beautiful neighborhood. In the back, a covered deck with additional seating and an outdoor dining area provides the perfect place for morning coffee and sunrise views. Bring your camera as Port A has some of the very best sunsets! For ultimate refreshment, the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after the day at the beach.
Ready to take a dip in the pool? Head out your front or back door and walk a few houses down to the community pool. It feels great after a day of beaching or fishing. When it's time to hit the beach, you can have your toes in the sand in less than 5 minutes as the location is perfect for the beachgoers! For the golfers, Latitude Adjustment is 5 minutes from Palmilla Beach Golf Club.

- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
