Driving to South by Sunkissed from the ferry or from Hwy 361, you will pass the dog park, city pool and skate park, which are all in walking distance from South by Sunkissed.

Upon arrival to South by Sunkissed, you'll find parking for 4 vehicles and a golf cart. Boat parking is allowed. And, you are in the golf cart zone here!

Downstairs, lined with party lights to welcome you, you'll find chairs, a picnic bench, outdoor TV, grill and enter into the game room with ping pong and darts! Walk around back to an oversized yard with large pool - owners have added a sun sail (seasonally) for those who like shade while relaxing or splashing in the pool! Don't forget to rinse off the sand from the beach in the outdoor shower in the back yard as well!

Although you will be captured by all of the outdoor fun and amenities, you will equally love walking up the steps to the front deck at South by Sunkissed. Enjoy the sea breeze and the most beautiful sunsets you have seen, not just in Port A but anywhere. With an outdoor swing and additional chairs, this will be your spot for morning coffee!

Open the front door to an open living/kitchen/dining concept which offers a sleeper sofa, living area chairs, large flat screen TV - this will be the spot to relax after a day at the beach, swimming in the pool or talking about your fishing trip!

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine for 10 people. It is well designed and stocked but also absolutely beautiful with coastal finishes and décor!

Down the hallway at South by Sunkissed is a full- size washer & dryer for guest use to keep your beach towels ready to go for the next day!

The king master suite offers a king size bed with private en suite bathroom and a back door with steps downstairs (these steps do not enter the pool area unless you go through the gate).

Another king bedroom and a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (both are twin over twin) are at South by Sunkissed, along with another full bathroom. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer great space for relaxing!

- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
