Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. To ensure compliance, all necessary documentation must be submitted at least four days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $75 late fee, which we will request from guests. This fee applies even if the booking is made within the four-day window preceding check-in.

Stay active with the convenience of our basketball and tennis courts, while the children in your group can indulge in endless fun at the nearby playground. With an ideal location just a stone's throw away from restaurants and shopping malls, as well as a quick 20-minute drive to Kalahari, you'll find easy access to the i-80 highway, ensuring that your journey to and from the city is effortless.
On the first floor of our home, you'll find a thoughtfully designed living room, a spacious dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with the convenience of a washer and dryer, a sunroom where you can engage in friendly games of ping pong, a master bedroom for ultimate comfort, and a full bathroom. Additionally, there are two walk-out decks, one of which is equipped with a gas grill and a picnic table, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the serene surroundings.
Upstairs on the second floor, two more inviting bedrooms await. One bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, creating a cozy and private space for relaxation, while the other bedroom features a full-sized bed with a trundle, providing extra sleeping space for your group. Another full bathroom on this floor ensures that everyone enjoys comfort and convenience during their stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the whole house to themselves during their stay except 1 Utility Closet on 2nd floor and the Shed outside.
Guests will only have 6 amenity badges for access to amenities within the community. No other badges can be bought or added on.
Other Things to Note:
Our property is located within a 24-hour gated community that prioritizes your safety and security. In order to ensure a smooth entry into the community, we kindly request that you fill out a guest registration form which includes the full names and ages of each guest, as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Please note that the names on the submitted form MUST match the legal ID of the person driving. Guests will be asked for their valid drivers license and vehicle registration before entering the community.
For any bookings made within 3 days of check-in, please be aware that there may be a late fee of $75 from the community.
During the winter months, we highly recommend that guests have a vehicle with All Wheel Drive or 4x4 available. Although our roads and driveway are paved, heavy snowfall is not uncommon and having AWD or 4x4 will greatly improve your driving experience.
Please note that we provide a starter pack of household essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and dish detergent. If the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, there are cleaning agents provided for those appliances as well. However, we kindly ask that guests bring their own supplies if staying for more than a weekend or traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own.
Our home comes equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, and baking dishes for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for providing their own personal grocery items such as seasonings, flour, sugar, and other cooking ingredients.
Q. Can you check in early or check out late?
A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
Q. Do you offer any discounts ?
A. Our listed pricing is the best possible price we offer. There are bigger discounts that get applied for each day you add from 3 days and up .
