This condo is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods on the island, with bike/walking paths just outside your door. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby, some within easy biking or walking distance from our condo. It's a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood, with golf, tennis and pickleball facilities nearby.

The unit is well-equipped, with a king-sized bed in the main bedroom, a private bath with a double vanity, walk in shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom features two full-sized beds and two twin beds and two dressers adjacent to guest room. There are flat-screen TVs in each bedroom plus one in the living room.. The guest bath has a walk in shower. Our kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary for those who like to dine in during your stay.

Great views out the windows in both bedrooms and the living room, overlooking a peaceful park setting with palm trees and ocean views. You can hear the sound of the waves gently lapping the shoreline.

Walk out onto the roomy balcony and you find two reclining chairs along with a dining table and chairs for your use. Nothing better than a cool drink in the evening hearing the sounds of the ocean, and feeling the wonderful, beach breeze.

Enjoy some of the many activities offered on Hilton Head during your stay, such as: Dolphin Cruises, Sunset Cruises, Pirate Cruise for kids, Discovery Center, Children's Museum, Shelling at Fish Haul Beach, Sunsets at Shelter Cove, Charter Fishing, Kayaking and of course shopping and eating at some of the amazing restaurants located on the island.

Explore the endless bike paths where you are sure to spot an alligator sunning on one of the many scenic lagoons located throughout Hilton Head. Alligators are dangerous and you should not approach them or feed them.
