There is gated parking which requires a rear view mirror hanger. This will need to be left in the unit upon departure. If the tag is not left behind, there will be a $150 replacement fee applied.

No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee. $100 per pet per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
