Easy Drive to Multiple Beaches and Cities.

House was set-up great for our stay. Pool was nice and got a chance to grill out. Great kitchen and living spaces. Easy to get to the beaches. Easy Access to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Miami Beaches plus the Everglades. Highly recommend.

It was nice loved pool. The room were nice. Kitchen great. Some previous things were there like underware and cigarettes butts. But outside.

Great family home

We loved this house and the area for our family spring break trip! Very close to the beach and shopping. The house was very cozy and fit our family of 7 perfectly. The pool was amazing. Only complaint is the pool never got cleaned during our stay so there was debris in it, but they did come add chemicals and make sure the temperature was to our liking. Overall, an amazing vacation home and would definitely come back!!

Pleasant retreat

We had a wonderful 6 weeks stay. Home is spacious and comfortable. Most of our expectations were exceeded, one disappointment the cleanliness of the pool was unsatisfactory the pool was never vacuumed during our whole 6 week stay so the bottom of the pool was dirty Property management called pool guy he came and did not clean the bottom of the pool. The only tool we had was the net to skim the top Thank you Susan

Lovely comfortable home and great location.

We had a wonderful 5 week stay at this property. It is a comfortable, spacious and cozy home, nicely decorated with interesting ornaments and furniture and a GREAT video and book collection to browse through. It is very well-located in a great neighbourhood. The backyard and pool area are gorgeous. Our grandchildren aged 2 and 6 had a fantastic time in the perfectly heated, clean, large pool, as did we. The property management were always reachable and very quick to respond to any of our needs, especially Chris who attended to a couple of our requests very promptly. Our only issues had to do with the plumbing and appliances. The plumbing problems were attended to while we were there and they were repaired, but we felt that anything could go wrong with the plumbing at any time. The house is clearly quite old and could use some updating, particularly the bathroom next to the main bedroom. While we did not let anything get in the way of a good time, the appliances do not work well and this is likely due to age. The stove and range in particular have (somewhat alarming) issues. We requested and were sent an electrician but he supposedly ordered a part and never returned to fix the problem while we were there. The 2 back burners spark continuously while any of the burners and the oven are in use; it is an annoying noise, and emits a noticeable gas smell too. Other than this, we were truly happy here for the considerable time we spent on holiday in Hollywood Lakes!

Family Gathering

Property was perfect for our purposes. 3rd bedroom with twin beds ideal for the two cousins to share. Property has everything you will need for your stay. Older property but with charm, clean and all necessary conveniences. Centrally located quick trip to grocery, beach, downtown. Heated pool, how can you go wrong.

Nice getaway but could have been better.

Communication with the owners could have been better. We spent a half our trying to get into the house because the code wasn’t correct on the key box. We then had to wait for the manager to drive over. House was nice but pretty outdated. One bathroom was barely suitable. Very old and nearly falling apart. The other bathroom was much nicer but only the shower works so my 2 year old had to shower the entire time and not bathe.

Beautiful house with lovely layout and furnishing ideal for family hangouts.

Valerie's place was wonderful to stay at. It is conveniently located close to the hollywood lakes and the beach. The interior of the house is conducive to family meals and hangouts. There is enough space to host our family of 5. The backyard has a very private feel to it. Lots of room for parking and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant

Only inconvenience was having to travel to Dania Beach atlast minute from North Miami to give a copy dr license and credit card, plus signing contract, which all could of been done via computer. And I was not notified until 2:20 pm on day of check-in, while I was preparing for a termites fumigation. Granted I booked day before so it was partially my fault. But the ad specified it was a lock box entry. I have rented numerous places never have I had to go to an office for the rental. Other than that everything was very nice.

Peaceful Home Away From Home

Beautiful, comfortable home in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, lots of space for family to have separate quiet times. Perfectly safe for two year old toddler to roam on one level. Lovely, private backyard with pool. Would definitely come back to this property.

Place was great! Neighborhood and Location were great! We very much enjoyed staying there! Only drawbacks were the arduous completion of paperwork with signature (never had to do that with ARBNB) and probably too many notes around giving directions. We had a great time.

At first I was a little skeptical about the whole process, but to my surprise the property was nicer and cleaner than I expected. The five of us really enjoyed ourselves the pool and landscaping were well kept. The only slight disappointment was no propane grill only charcoal.

Intimate cottage close to the beach

Enjoyed our time at Lake Breezes. Great location and close to the beach. Mother nature was not kind to us as we did have Wind gusting into the 30mph and overcast which affects your solar heated pool. But all in all, great little house in quite neighborhood, that allows you the chillin time needed for a vacation by the pool or at the beach. Management was very communicative and easy to work with.

Wonderful Home Away From Home!

Family and I really enjoyed this rental. Before we found this owner we researched various owners and their advertised properties, once the questions began the properties were not as advertised...this was not the case with these owners EVERYTHING was as advertised. Perfect location, close to everything; food, fun and multiple beaches. The house and pool were clean. The neighborhood was safe. The kitchen was fully stocked with any and everything you may need (and I do mean any and everything), which was a plus. We could tell the owners really cared about customer satisfaction. We will for sure recommend them to friends and family and we will be back ourselves!!! No need to look any further this too can be your home away from home, I miss relaxing in the pool already :)

Everything we expected...great location!

Booked this location for its close proximity to Miami, prior to a Disney Cruise with our family. The house was well furnished with many amenities. Grandchildren and adults enjoyed time in the pool. Quiet location, however close enough to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. We found many interesting walks around the neighborhood. Val Gal provided excellent customer service when required. We would recommend this property to those who want a home away from home.
