Adventure awaits you and the fam, The beach, the pool, whatever your jam... Grab the keys and get your gear, Come on down to the LANDSHARK PIER! This fun and relaxing 2nd floor condo, #231 located in the center building (B) of the Sea Cabins, is the perfect place for an OCEAN FRONT getaway. It's name, Landshark Pier, brings focus to the island's ONLY PRIVATE FISHING PIER with limited access to guests only. The owner's of this fun condo have fun "Landshark" signage in their condo which we hope will help you remember your stay here you will know where to return for a repeat adventure. Queen bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living space. Two small "ship bunks" will provide an exciting space for your small pirates to sleep. (Bunks not really meant for adults...) Kitchen with all essentials including dishwasher. There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included. Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms. Convenient to shops, restaurants, (Ben & Jerry's!) and the county park playground and park facilities right next door. 2nd Floor end unit, 24 steps right to the door. No elevators. Max 4 guests. NO PETS. ONE VEHICLE PASS provided. NOTE: only one bottom bunk bed, NOT two as shown in the picture.

Just Wonderful !

The beachfront condo was perfect for us. So many nice amenities. Great restaurants nearby and beautiful Charleston is only about 30 minutes. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect getaway

This condo is perfect for a long weekend or week away! I went to a concert and booked because of the location as I was traveling alone. Everything you need is within walking distance. The area feels very safe. The condo itself of very clean! It has everything you need if you want to stay in, or you can walk to anything if you want to venture out. Anytime I had a question, they were just a message away and quickly responded. Thank you!

College visit weekend

My son, my husband and I visited for a long weekend. The property was perfect for our small group and the condo was well stocked with necessary items. The real standout was the service that we received from Beth, the property manager. Our visit began with lights on to welcome us upon arrival, a very nice touch. Great family vacation

We loved our cute condo at the Sea Cabins. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the grocery store etc. Our son loved the “bunk beds” in the unit and the nice pool. Beach access was also a big plus too.

Excellent Beach Condo

We rented the Landshark Pier condo in June 2022. We have never traveled to Isle of Palms so we had no idea what to expect. Upon arrival which was super easy to find the location and park we were able to get settled and go right to the beach! Great location with bars and restaurants and our favorite Ben and Jerry's Ice cream! Everything was within walking distance. This condo had everything we needed and was stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, fridge with ice maker and plenty of cups dishes pots and other cooking utensils. It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. This complex has a pier, swimming pool, and of course the beach where we looked for shells and enjoyed the sun rise/sun set. We will definitely reserve again in the future.

IOP Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay at Isle of Palms. Our rental was very nice and well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches and fishing from the pier. We will definitely keep Sea Cabins on our list for a return visit

Would stay here again

The location is great and the condo worked well for our family of four. We were worried about our child sleeping on the top bunk without a rail so we asked and one was purchased for the unit. Some beach chairs were in the unit which came in handy as well. Everything worked as expected and the unit was as described.

2021 Sisters Retreat was best therapy at Sea Cabins on Isle of Palms!

The condo at Sea Cabins was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent time at the beach & pool! Rented bikes and rode over the island! What fun! We will be back!

Pleasant Place

We enjoyed our stay and condo was clean and well equipped. Nice deco and good ocean view!!! Just a few concerns that we had were that the coffee pot was not the greatest. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and it was hard to use considering we had 4 people. And the bed in the bedroom had some kind of piece of foam thrown on top of the mattress that kept sliding off and had to be fixed constantly. Other than those 3 things everything else was good. Would stay here again. Good location and access to beach!

Favorite Beach

Arrival was easy, everything was prepared for us. The condo is well lived in, but mostly clean. Loved being able to see the beach from the patio and the private beach access within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

3 night stay in isle of palms.

Super cute and convenient condo for a short stay in isle of palms. Kids enjoyed the bunks and ability to close the curtain. Beach and pool access very convenient! Right next to restaurants and shops. Perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults…might be a bit tight for 4 adults.

Review of 231 B Sea Cabins

Everything was good with231B Sea Cabins Except dealing with the 2 TV s. We could ge the TV to turn on. There were 3 remotes in the living room and no instructions or guide. I picked up a baseball game one night using certain buttons from 2 different remotes. You Tube worked great. This is the only small negative experience we had and isn't a show stopper at all.
