Die 4 Schlafzimmer Villa 'Paradise Found' liegt an einem See mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Veranda hat einen nach Süden ausgerichteten beheizten Pool mit viel Platz zum Entspannen. Der Pool verfügt über eine kostenlose Solarheizung. Der Pool ist im Winter zusätzlich mit einer Gasheizung ausgestattet, für die auf Wunsch ein Aufpreis berechnet wird. . Es gibt auch einen Whirlpool neben dem Pool, um die Erfahrung hinzuzufügen (Whirlpoolwärme im Grundmietpreis enthalten). Es gibt viele Vögel und andere wild lebende Tiere, da die Unterkunft an ein Naturschutzgebiet grenzt. Stellen Sie sich einen Ort wie diesen vor und nur 15 Minuten von Disney entfernt!

Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV. Es hat ein angrenzendes Badezimmer und eine Schiebetür zum Poolbereich. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten mit TV. Das vierte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und einen Fernseher.

Das Familienzimmer grenzt an die Küche und verfügt über einen neuen großen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss und Netflix. Es gibt auch ein separates geräumiges Wohnzimmer, das sich an ein großes Esszimmer für Familienessen anschließt. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch das Familienzimmer bieten ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für alle und beide öffnen sich zum abgeschirmten Poolbereich.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet auch eine Frühstückstheke für eine schnelle Mahlzeit oder ein Getränk.

Es gibt auch ein separates Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und Tischtennisplatte für Familienspaß!

* A Great Place To Stay *

We spent 9 days in this great house with pool and air conditioning. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people and the equipment with dishes, silverware and towels is sufficient. The garage with ping pong and pool table offers variety if you spend the day in the house. Otherwise you can lie in the sun on 4 sun beds or swim in the pool. The hot tub offers relaxation after a long day in the amusement park and if one likes you can even use the barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare "normal" menus. The connection to the outside world is made via free Wi-Fi. A telephone for free national calls is also available. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Additionally there is a TV in the living room with Netflix. The house is about 30-45 minutes away from the Disney complex in one of the well-known American settlements at the end of a dead-end. The environment is quiet, directly behind the house is a small lake. The main street nearby we perceived only as background noise that did not disturb us. Inside the house we did not hear anything of it. This was our third holiday home in the Orlando area. The equipment was the most complete one. Although it offers 8 beds, I would not occupy it with 8 people as 2 bathrooms might be too few. Besides the master bedroom the three other bedrooms might be a little too small for grown-ups to feel comfortable. I would recommend it for a family of 4 to 6 people. Overall, this house is highly recommended and if we ever go back to the Orlando area I would book it again.

Erholung und Spass!

Die Villa ist super. Wir haben vier Tage dort verbracht und hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannende Zeit. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung von Orlando und die Freizeitparks zu erkunden. Natürlich sind die Outlets auch nicht weit entfernt ;-). Das Haus bietet mehr als genügend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Hits bei unseren Kids waren der beheizte Pool sowie die Garage mit Tischtennisplatte und Billardtisch. Maria ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und kümmert sich um die Belange ihrer Gäste. Vielen Dank, Maria, für die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Very nice home, responsive host

House was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was just as described. The pool was chilly so we paid the extra 100 to have it heated. There was an issue with the dishwasher leaking, and the host addressed it promptly. Overall, it was a delightful trip!

Great Vacation Home!

Everything was perfect. Great being in a home instead of a one room hotel room. We all loved it and the hot tub and heated pool were great bonuses. The neighbors and neighborhood were great also, very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were to be in that area. The hostess Maria was so nice and very helpful. Quick to respond, although we had no issues at sll.

Fantastic family honeymoon

Maria was a wonderful host with a beautiful home in a quiet area that was well located for trips to both Disney and International Drive, via much nicer scenic routes as opposed to the stress of the freeways. The home was extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday with all ages. We travelled with our 17 month old son who had just started walking and the house could not have been better set up for a little one, including cots, high chairs and even plug socket covers. Maria was fantastic to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. The lovely pool area overlooks a fantastic lake with lots of birdlife that we enjoyed watching when our little one was napping. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

We spend two weeks in this property this August during our Florida adventure and we absolutely loved it. For two weeks this property was our house and we felt like we are at home. We were with 4 adults and 3 kids (teenagers). House is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The location is also fantastic. Not in the holiday park, but just between the locals. Maria (the landlord) is absolute star, professional and such a friendly person. We never really had any issues, but she from time to time checked on us and ask if everything is OK. Also big thank you to the boys who were taking care of the swimming pool, which was very important part of the house for our "teenagers". Even though we didn't spend a lot of time there (very busy visiting schedule), whenever we could we would spring there and it was always clean. Once again big thank you Maria for letting us stay in your beautiful house. Monika and the rest ♥

Great Stay in Crescent Lakes

We (family of 4 with children aged 12 and 10) have just returned from a great holiday in Florida staying at this villa in Crescent Lakes. The villa itself is your 'standard' large property in Florida with 4 bedrooms and pool etc but what really sets it apart is the owner (Maria), how clean it was, the little touches and extra things included that you don't expect and the peaceful location and setting. The location of the property is a little way out of the busy part of Kissimmee / Disney area but for us that was nice as when we were at the house (not often as most of the time we were at the parks!) we felt we could relax and it was quiet. The property is also not overlooked at all - you have 2 neighbours but they are a good distance away and kind of face a slightly different direction so you have good privacy when in the pool at home. The lake is also lovely to look at and my son was fascinated that there was a real alligator in there which we saw a couple of times! In terms of the villa itself; as I mentioned above it's of 'standard' design but the reason for the great review and rating is that it is spotlessly clean, there are loads of thoughtful touches like night lights in some sockets, non-perishable food like coffee has been left so you can use it and there is everything you need in terms of cooking / utensils etc plus the host is friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. Journey times to Disney are about 35 mins and Universal 45 mins but easy enough.

Great Property!

We enjoyed this property so much! The master bed was comfortable which was a pleasant surprise because it’s hard to find a vacation rental with comfortable beds. The house was well stocked and because of that we didn’t have to buy much. My children loved the pool and my wife and I loved the hot tub after a long day in the gym at a volleyball tournament. Marie was quick to respond to any questions. I caught a couple bass in the pond behind the house. I highly recommend property!

Family vacation

The communication was great with Maria. We also loved the house. The pool and hottub were nice to have after a long day. House was very clean and nice. Neighbors were friendly. Things I would do for us next time is heat the pool sometimes it was a little chilly so if not swimming in the heat of the day definitely heat the pool. Besides that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you. ❣️

Family Florida Vacation, 2024

We had a lovey stay at this property while vacationing with our children and my parents. Maria's home had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the solar heated pool that was the perfect temperature and the hot tub after long days in the parks. Enjoying our morning coffee with the water way in the background was lovely. We seen many birds, alligator and turtles there. The covered deck allowed us to enjoy all our meals outside in sun and rain. It is a bit outside of the Disney/universal park area which we liked because it was a very quiet and pretty neighbourhood and had everything around us we needed. Maria was wonderful to deal with and was easily accessible. We would for sure stay again!

Spring Break

This property was beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were amazing as well. We visited the parks at Universal Studios and Clearwater beach during our stay. The owner of the home was extremely attentive and answered any questions that I had. The home has everything you will need while on vacation. There was also a pool table, ping pong and bikes to ride. My favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after walking all day at Universal.

A Simply Wonderful Rental!

There is so much good to say about this rental! We rented the house for a week for our Disney World honeymoon. It was so nice and private and quiet. The hot tub is amazing. The house was well stocked, the king bed is so comfortable and we just loved it. We look forward to coming back again.

Family vacation

This house is amazing! You can tell that Maria works hard to ensure her guests are going to enjoy themselves. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and well furnished. Maria has supplied things, a family may not realize they need until they do! Maria made the process from check-in to checkout very easy. I bet much appreciated the detailed instructions and suggestions for things around the house and surrounding area. The area where the house is located is beautiful. Our family is looking forward to renting again!

Best hostess and accommodations

This home beautiful. It was as described. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a rental. Maria was very accommodating. We had several last minute changes and she was able help us with everything. The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware. She also supplies dish soap, dishwasher tablets and there are pleny of dish towels! Everything was clean There were plenty of pool towels, plus bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. She also has highchair, booster seat, pack n play and a stroller available. We paid to have the pool heated. It was worth it. There had been a lot of rain so the pool was cold. Once we had the heat turned on, it was great. The lanai is large enough to accommodate a big group. And there are pool noodles and beach balls. We needed to put the pool blanket on the pool each night to keep the pool warm. It was not difficult to do at all and it kept the pool warm, even with the colder weather. We also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Plus there are bikes to ride and other things to pass the time.

Beautiful home, great host!

I recently stayed with my family in this beautiful home. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but still not too far from Disney. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong table during our down time. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the communication from the host. Maria was excellent, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable with whole process. We'll definitely be back!

Delightful villa

We had a wonderful week at this delightful, tastefully decorated villa. It was spacious, clean, orderly and all that we needed was provided. We loved spending time in the pool, which was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Owner communication was outstanding before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

We had a short but lovely stay in the house. The house was clean and well equipped. Thanks to the landlord Maria and Ken for their attention and helpfulness

By the way, the photo of me was taken at the Ringling Brothers Circus Museum in Sarasota. It's a couple of hours drive from the villa but it is spectacular! Don't miss it.

My husband and I fell in love with Florida several years ago and we had been looking for a second home here. When we saw this house we knew it was the one for us right away. We love the feeling of being in a natural, nature filled, peaceful spot and we named the house 'Paradise Found'. I hope you will find it as inspiring as we did.
