With over 2000 sq ft of living space, our lodge offers ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. Unwind in one of our three bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed. We also provide a bedroom with 2 twin beds, as well as a day bed with a trundle for additional sleeping arrangements.
One of the highlights of your stay will undoubtedly be our fully converted garage, transformed into an exciting game room. Gather your family and friends for endless hours of fun and laughter. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, our back deck is equipped with a convenient gas grill, perfect for cookouts. And when evening falls, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and share stories under the starry sky.
For the ultimate relaxation, indulge in the luxury of our hot tub, complete with an awning for year-round enjoyment. No matter the season, you can soak your worries away in this serene oasis.
The Cosmic Bear Lodge is situated in a private gated community, offering a sense of security and exclusivity. During the months they are open, you'll have access to the community's lakes, beaches, and pools, along with other amenities that enhance your stay.

Beach/pool access: $12/day per person 3+ years old gets you access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, and canoes in the community.
In winter months we strongly recommend for you to have a vehicle with All Wheel Drive or 4x4 available. While we have paved roads and a paved driveway there is a chance for lots of snow to fall and having AWD or 4x4 will help you greatly.
We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.
Any last-minute bookings within 3 days of check in will be subject to a $75 late fee imposed by the community.
Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party.
We supply starter packs of paper towels, toilet paper, dish pod detergent, laundry detergent etc. After the starter pack is done guest is responsible to supply their own.
The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc., grocery items guests are responsible for such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc.
Q. Can you check in early or check out late?
A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.

A. Our listed pricing is the best possible price we offer. There are bigger discounts that get applied for each day you add from 3 days and up .
