Nice but missed the mark
Hi, thanks for reaching out . We did love the property for its cleaness brightness and room/bathroom count. I would love to give it a 5 start review, however there were several things that need to be addressed for anyone making future reservations. I will list them bellow:
1. Please update the VRBO listing. On the listing it says, there is a sauna, corn hole, table tennis or games. There is no Sauna on sight, no corn hole, no table tennis and no games. There is a foosball table and basketball game.
2. We expected the jacuzzi to be warm. It was not. The jacuzzi never worked properly. The first night it went completely dry and needed attention. From then on there were no bubbles. And it was still unclear what was expected for the jacuzzi to be warm. This leads me to number 3.
3. Communication. We discovered through the maintenance man, John, that there is a cost for heating the jacuzzi and a two day minimum but he did not know how much. It should be noted here that John was always sensitive to our needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right for our stay. He gets a five star review for sure. Communication on the vrbo platform was terrible . There was always a delay. I needed to receive an email before it would populate on the mobile app. And I would often receive replies several hours after my message.
4. Jacuzzi. I was disappointed to say the least to find out that the jacuzzi was not heated. I was even more disappointed to find tha
