Mountain Top Adventure Condo

2nd story condo, located in the wonderful Gatlinburg Summit Condos, minutes from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusement Park.

This spacious two bedroom smoke-free condo has everything you need. It sleeps six and has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy during those chilly fall and winter evenings! Firewood is available for purchase (a small 'cash only' fee at the office). The main bedroom has a comfortable king bed, closet with iron and ironing board, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen bed and a window seat perfect for reading books.
The condo is located close (but not too close) to the outdoor pool (closed during winter). The adjacent clubhouse has a small arcade for the kids, restrooms, and a coin operated laundry room. Amazing views all around, and sometimes bears playing below. From the Gatlinburg Summit you are surrounded by any number of things to see and do - hiking, skiing, shopping, sightseeing, fishing, biking, or just people watching.
Bring your kids, come with your significant other, or enjoy some "me" time. For a 'home away from home', this is the place to come!

​​​​​​Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $500 fine. (This is per the HOA)
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
