Your mountain getaway starts at S’mores Code cabin. Enjoy the amenities of the Suncadia resort at this new modern-mountain home on a quiet cul-de-sac nestled in the trees. Enjoy your private year-round heated pool with retractable enclosure for all seasons pool fun. Soak in the hot tub, make s’mores at gas fire pit and dine in the outdoor living space equipped with seating for 8 and a large built in BBQ. This luxury home sleeps 10 and boasts 4 ensuite suites, including 1 on the primary level and 1 bunk room to ensure everyone has a great stay. The garage is outfitted as a basecamp of fun with ping pong, skeeball, video game area and foosball. This the perfect retreat for 3 couples, multiple families, friend getaways or a single family. You can even bring the pup. Home is directly across from Suncadia trail access for long walks or bike rides. A J1772 EV car charger is available onsite.

Please note this home has a video doorbell and a security camera overlooking the drive-way area.

We love dogs and have amenities for them. All dogs must be kept in personal crate or house provided kennel if left unsupervised in home.

Great Family Vacation

One of the nicest properties we have stayed in. The house is modern and well appointed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and an extra bathroom off the kitchen. The pool was warm and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Suncadia had lots of activities and the Rosalyn farmers market on Sunday is not to be missed. Great place for grandkids and they loved the bunkbeds. We will return to this house next time we are in Suncadia!

My husband and I had a great time staying here. Quick drive out of the city and the pool and hot tub are wonderful! Super clean, fun game room. Will bring the kids next time. Highly recommend.

50th Anniversary Gathering

We chose S'mores Code Cabin to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our two children, their spouses and our two grandsons and we are so happy we did! It was perfect and we felt right at home the moment we walked through the front door. The check-in process was very easy and the owner was very responsive to all my questions. The kitchen had high end cookware and beautiful tableware and the living space had plenty of comfortable seating. The pool and hot tub were warmed up when we arrived and the outside space had a large dining table and great grilling area. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable with their ensuite bathrooms. Our grandsons loved the game room and we even had several rousing games of Monopoly. The house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood where deer and fawns can roam without being scared off. I highly recommend this property; you will not be disappointed!

Snowy Weekend Getaway

This home was a perfect winter getaway for our family of 9 (six adults and three grandchildren ages 6 to 1.5). Loved how dog friendly this home is. The outdoor pool and hot tub were BIG hits with the kids as well as the game room and bunk beds with their own TV's. The kitchen was very well equipped with all that we needed to serve a large group for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The home was nicely furnished with plenty of spare towels and a conveniently located dryer for the gang to dry off and stay warm after using the pool and hot tub. Fully equipped throughout with modern appliances. Nice touch as well to have a Level 2 EV charger onsite for one of our three vehicles. We all enjoyed sledding and skating when we were not otherwise enjoying the pool and home amenities. We look forward to returning again someday to experience all that Suncadia has to offer during other seasons.

Our modern cabin home is decorated with a modern cozy flair with surprising details in each room. Our outdoor space is one of the few private pools available in Suncadia and the only pool heated year-round with a retracable pool enclosure, that rolls off for a swim under the stars or stays in place during rain/snow. Our game room is mountained themed and filled with opportunities to play!
