With 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this cabin comfortably accommodates up to 28 people. It's Got It All: Y'all features 5 King bedrooms, 3 themed Twin XL bunk rooms, a King bedroom with an additional built-in cabin-themed Queen bed, and a themed bunk room with a queen bed and twin bed.

Main Floor:
The main floor of this cabin includes a spacious living area with a 4K TV and elegant gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, a dining area, a King bedroom with an additional built-in Queen bed, a Twin XL bunk room, a full main bathroom, and more.

Living Room:
The spacious living room is set up for gatherings of all different sizes. It is comfortable and spacious and is the perfect place to relax, play board games, and enjoy each other's company. It's sure to be a hit with several comfortable couches and chairs, an oversized coffee table, a 4 K Smart TV, and a see-through gas fireplace.

Kitchen and Dining:
This kitchen is the perfect combination of beautiful and functional. You can quickly cook for large groups with extensive counter space, an oversized kitchen island, and two of every major appliance. It is outfitted with all the tools, utensils, and small appliances you might need, including

Arcade Wing:

Head towards the arcade and let the fun begin! The Arcade Wing of the cabin has an arcade, two additional King bedrooms, and a main-floor bathroom.

The arcade has a huge wow factor! There are several arcade games, including a two-player Halo game, a single-seater racing game, a vintage multicade with dozens of nostalgic games, and more!

Downstairs, you'll find the home theater, three additional King bedrooms, and a bunkroom with a Twin bed-over-queen bed.

With floor-to-ceiling graffiti art done by a local artist, this theater makes your favorite movies and shows seem larger than life.

Twin-over-Queen Bunkroom:
This stand-out, Nautical-themed bunk room features a Twin-XL bunkbed over a Queen bed. It is exciting and perfect for parents who want to stay close to their kiddos. It is spacious and has a large dresser for storage, a 4K TV, and an en-suite full bathroom.

Outdoor Spaces:
If this cabin wasn't breathtaking enough on the inside, the outside is even better! An upper balcony area is off the arcade, and the seating overlooks the mountain view. The lower patio has a large 6-person hot tub, barbecue grill, spacious paved area, outdoor table with fire centerpiece, and an octagon fire pit with rocking chairs.

Indoor Pool:

The indoor pool is the stand-out feature of this cabin. It is in a separate building just a few steps from the outdoor area of this cabin. It has a door lock with a code to ensure the safety of everyone in your group, no matter their age! The pool room is spacious and has several seating areas with beach chairs, recliners, and a high-top table and chairs. There is also a bar top with chairs that is convenient if you want to make drinks and relax! The pool room has an additional outdoor seating area with chairs and a table.

Location Highlights: It's all conveniently located outside Pigeon Forge. This cabin is in a quiet, rural, kid- and pet-friendly area. Just 8 minutes to The Island and all of the best attractions in Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes to Dollywood, 20 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain Entrance in Gatlinburg, and 10 minutes to Tanger Outlets, this cabin has it all. There is something for everyone with several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers nearby,

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire cabin and its amenities. Enjoy the amenities and charm of a cabin with the convenience of nearby attractions.

We respect your privacy and time but are available 24/7 via text, phone, or platform messaging. We are here for anything you need during your stay, and our goal is for you to have an amazing stay. We will do anything we can to make that happen.

House Rules and Other Things to Note:
- Check-in: after 4:00 PM (contact us to inquire for early check-in, decided on a case-by-case basis)
- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM (contact us to inquire for late check-out, decided on a case-by-case basis)
- NO smoking inside the cabin of any kind, including tobacco, vape, and marijuana. ($1000 fine)
- No College parties or fraternity parties. (Reasonable gatherings, events, and parties are allowed.)
- Pet-friendly but MUST be disclosed at the time of booking. (If undisclosed pets are discovered, guests are responsible for a $99 pet fee.)
- Parking area is exceptionally spacious and can comfortably accommodate 8 vehicles; if more parking space is needed, an additional small gravel lot can be used below the cabin.
