Clean and comfortable unit

This unit has fantastic upgrades and remodels, new bedding and a more spacious kitchen. Will gladly use VRBO to select out next stay at One Seagrove Place.

Love one Seagrove!

Great location and love updates in lobby and elevators! However, only complaint was it seemed as if A/C wasn’t working in master room. It got really warm each evening despite us turning down thermostat. Seems vent wasn’t working like others. Also the door/lock seems to need to be looked out. We could not get in one evening and due to storm no one was at desk that evening. We called and they had us push/pull door while doing combination and that finally worked. Love kitchen upgrades and shower and mirrors. Bathroom sinks are not super functional.

Wonderful Unit - 1106

My wife & I couldn’t have been more pleased with Unit 1106. The unit is updated and fit our needs perfectly. The on site staff were great and made our long weekend getaway a wonderful stay.

1106 One Seagrove Place

This was our first visit to One Seagrove Place condo for us. When we walked in the Welcome to 1106 was delightful. When we were driving to Seagrove I called and chatted with Kim and she discussed with me that all would be ready for us when we arrived. From that day forward everyone we met at One Seagrove was most welcoming and made us feel so special during our entire stay. We have been staying in Miramar Beach for years but One Seagrove staff has been the "VERY BEST" to us. THANK YOU ALL!!! We have not negative, really to share. There were many sleeping pillows regular and king and I had difficulty finding a storage space to keep them all and wasn't sure the reason for so many. I did find the ironing board under the bed in Master bedroom and what a creative way to store the flat board. That is a great home idea for me! The master bath had a broken towel rack and I did report that it was broken when we arrived and it was not repaired during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there are 2 large pots and the one I wanted to use I could not get it out of the cabinet as it appeared to be to large. That may have been the lack of skills on my part but wanted to mention it to you. I loved the kitchen area and so much enjoyed the environment. The bathrooms were comfortable as was living and dining area. We sure enjoyed the patio area saying a grateful "Good Morning & Good Night every day to our beautiful Gulf of America! I even saw the Wright Wales in the distance when they passed One Seagrove on their journey East. Our lives are simple and we are so grateful to have been able to stay at "1106"! A BIG THANK YOU TO "ALL" the staff that were there everyday for us. Until next year, Beverly & George Grove 423-718-9197
