Please ensure that your pet is well-behaved and cleaned up both indoors and outdoors. A pet fee of $50 per pet and a $200 refundable deposit is required.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.

No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

The pool is heated: There is a fee of $49 a day for pool heating.
The pool water is normally the same temperature as the low temperature for the day without heating.
