Newly Remodeled and Updated! At Big Fish Rentals... This beautiful 12th Floor at Bay Watch Resort is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools all year round. Great location that is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach! This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Sleeps 6 Condo that has 1 King Bed in the main bedroom, a murphy bed in the living room and a couch that folds out into a bed to sleep additional people in the living area. We have full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach!

From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings! The bedroom is equipped with a TV as well as two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do! We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Great!

Couldn’t have asked for better! The communication was wonderful. Nothing left to question. Room was just as described. Very clean and nice. Very comfortable. View was absolutely breath taking. Amenities were very nice and not to mention the onsite bar and grill. Food was great and staff was wonderful. Even told us good bye when they knew when we were leaving. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would not think twice about booking again next trip.

Relaxing Environment with Lots to Do

Room was as advertised with a king bed, a Murphy bed and a couch bed. The Murphy was a little rough on the old bones but the king bed was fine. Kitchen stocked with pots and pans, utensils and place settings for 6. Check in was easy. Parking in a gated parking garage. Hosts were very responsive to any questions I had and even asked me on day 2 ,how my stay was so far. Resort has numerous pools and whirlpool spas both inside and out, as well as 2 lazy rivers. Would stay here again and would use the host again without a doubt.

Vacationer Beware

I do not recommend this condo. If I was able to attach pictures you would see. Before entering the condo you see an entry door that is covered in rust, dents, and scratches. Upon entering the condo you do not see the area that was photographed on VRBO. The kitchen is old and unkept and not at all as pictured. Not even the same kitchen. The refrigerator has tons of mold and mildew around door seals. The drawers and cabinets don’t open. They are nailed closed with the exception of one drawer and one cabinet that is usable. In the living room there is mold on the ceiling and between the wall and ceiling. The balcony had a great view but was not maintained either. Paint was peeling from ceiling and side walls. We had to put a chair against the door that night being that the door could have easily been pushed open. The condo is near the elevator so it was very loud all night long. We left the next morning and had to find another place to stay to continue our vacation.

Great location, loved the resort amenities

If this had been a standard hotel, I would have rated it lower but the resort amenities offset the rating. The beds were quite comfy, even the Murphy bed, my kids liked sleeping on “the wall bed”. The fact there were so many pools at this resort for all to use made it great for my kids to feel free to play in them all. The restaurant in the building and out on the pool deck made lunch by the pool convenient!! All in all, it was a decent place to stay, not sure if I’ll rent this particular unit again, but the Big Fish Rental company was great to work with. Now the not so great, The ice maker in the condo did not work, the ice machine on the floor wasn’t working either, making finding ice an issue. The floor in the room was clean at first sight but once my daughter took off her sneakers and walked around in her white socks, they were black on the bottom after 5 minutes of walking around unloading things. Granted it is a condo and not a hotel room, the in room amenities were lacking, there was no dish washing liquid for hand washing dishes (required for check out I’m not going to run the dish washer with only 2 cups and a plate), the hand soap in the bathroom was 90% empty, the soap they leave in the bathroom for showers is the size of a 50¢ piece and 3/4” high. I just wish they would have had a few more things left for convenience rather than having to go out to the grocery store immediately after checking in, because the conveniences weren’t there.
