-This home is the upper half of a duplex occupying floors 2 and 3. Entrance is located on floor 3 and requires stairs to access. Please be mindful of your downstairs neighbors!
-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does NOT offer AC. With ceiling fans and large patio doors and lots of windows that can be opened, there is a nice cross breeze that will help to keep the house cool
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking.
