The home has beautifully maintained wooden floors on the lower level and new carpets on the upper level. This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home provides ample space for comfortable living, perfect for families or those seeking a tranquil getaway. The common area with the large living room with a fireplace, the formal dining room, and the well-equipped kitchen are on the first floor. The dining area provides the space you need to have a formal family meal. The table will comfortably fit up to 6 guests. Relax and have your morning coffee at the breakfast aisle in the kitchen. The gas-fired stainless steel stove and oven will be every chef's favorite in the kitchen. One half-bath is located on the 1st floor, a common element at the time the home was built.
All the bedrooms are conveniently located upstairs. The two guest bedrooms share one bathroom, while the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and comes with free high-speed internet, WIFI, and internet TV.
The backyard of the home is all about the Florida lifestyle. The large deck offers plenty of seating and a chance to lounge by the large pool. A gas BBQ is provided for your convenience, to cook steaks or sear vegetables. The newly resurfaced saltwater pool is surrounded by lush greenery for privacy. A table tennis table offers fun for the entire family. The pool can be heated for an extra charge. Please inquire separately about pool heating.
On I75 take Exit 220 (SR 64) and head west on State Route 64. Keep going straight for 6.8 miles and pass through downtown Bradenton. Turn right onto 20 St W. Keep left for 0.2 miles. The home will be in the left side.
Parking is available on site for a maximum of 3 cars on the property. Street parking is avaialble.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulf Coast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
