The primary home is completely private for guest use. There are two tenants that live on the property, one in an attached apartment and one in a detached home. In cold months, the thermostat is locked at 72 degrees. There is an electric fireplace in the downstairs family room and an electric fireplace in the upstairs main bedroom for ambiance and added warmth, if desired.

Landscapers come every Tuesday for front & backyard maintenance.

Garbage is picked up early Thursday mornings, please don't park by the bin.
