Master Suite – Unwind in your king bed overlooking the outdoor lounge and private pool. The attached bath with two sinks and a walk-in shower allows for total relaxation without stepping foot outside of your room.

Full/Full Bedroom – two full beds and two closets with inviting beach décor

Shared hall bath with a shower/tub combo that offers easy pool access.

Outdoor Amenities –

With so many outdoor amenities, you may never leave the house! Numerous lounge chairs surround the private, crystalline pool. Dry off around the firepit under the shade of mature trees. Grill mouthwatering meals outside and then sway the night away in the woven hammock under the stars. The party never ends at this beach paradise.

Rental cars are strongly encouraged, however Uber and Lyft may be available in the area.

This is a pet friendly home. Maximum 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. The first pet is subject to a $150 pet fee and any subsequent pets are $50 each.

Free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities are provided. This property is also air-conditioned.

(Pool heating is $50 per day, for the duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum) There is no hot tub. Pool heating requests and payments must be received 48 hours before check-in. The pool will be heated to a temperature of 85 degrees.

In the coldest winter months, heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures down to the 30s and 40s for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, it is not possible for the pool heater to consistently keep the water temperature at 85 degrees. Please note that cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure and refunds will not be given if the pool cannot maintain its temperature during cold weather conditions.
