Hot tub will be open year-round from 10AM to 10PM in summer (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) and 4PM to 10PM during the remainder of the year

Pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, and from the opening day to the closing day of Park City Mountain Resort. When pool is open, hours will be the same as the hot tub. Pool will be open weather permitting, and may not open if temperature is below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.

Community Grill: Fire up the grill for a delicious barbecue. The community grill is available for anyone in the complex to use, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Top-Floor Unit: This condo is a top-floor unit, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere with no one above you.

Access to Free Park City Bus System: Reach all the best attractions with ease via the free Park City Bus System. The Free Park City Bus picks up just 75 feet away and can take you to Main Street Park City, the Other Major Ski Resorts in the Area Canyons and Deer Valley, and even out to Kimball Junction.

Stair Access: Please note that this top-floor unit requires walking up one-and-a-half flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. It's a small price to pay for the peace and quiet of a top-floor location.
