This condo at the Brookes is ideal for a couple of days, multi-week or monthly stay. With unlimited access to all complex amenities, plus the Auburn Vet School animals (often featuring horses!) just across the street, this condo is a perfect home away from home.

This condo is a short drive and bike ride away from Auburn's campus. It is also located next to a Tiger Transit bus stop.

The Space:
The condo has a living room that is open concept with the kitchen. The washer and dryer are tucked into the kitchen. The living room is connected to the bedroom through a small hallway that contains the door to the bathroom. The place is generally spacious.

The bed is a Casper Original Queen size mattress.

As of January 6th, 2024, the Condo has a brand new dishwasher, fridge, range hood cover, and hot water heater.

This is an all electrical complex. No carbon monoxide alarm is present because there is no need. Feel free to ask me any follow up questions.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire unit, plus the normal offerings of the condos including tennis courts, the ponds, basketball hoop on the tennis courts, the pool, etc.

The Neighborhood:
This condo unit resides in The Brookes Condominiums. It is a pleasant and peaceful collection of condos where many graduate students reside. I originally moved to The Brookes while completing my Masters in Literature at Auburn. War Eagle!

Getting Around:
Parking at the condo is plentiful and free. You are a short drive from everything.

Please note that despite being on Tiger Transit, the game day bus routes do NOT pick near The Brookes.

Other Things to Note:
This is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking within the unit will automatically result in a fine.

Guests are allowed one pet under 40 pounds.

The complex should be generally quiet. If there are late parties or noise disturbances please report them to me.

The plug in the living room where the lamp is plugged in only works if the switch is turned on.

Interaction with Guests:
You will not see me, but I am readily available and respond as quickly as possible.

For multi-week stays, my cleaning staff will do a mid stay or monthly clean in accordance with their availability.
