Relax on the large deck – part covered, part open-air – perfect for BBQs and soaking up the sea breeze. Wanting to catch some waves? The beach is just a short 3-4 minute stroll. Coastal Chic offers a relaxing escape on the Texas coast.

Beach Access: Terramar Beach access point is a 30 second car ride or 3-4 minute walk away.
Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar beach community pool— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the boat launch and marina with the provided keys.
Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

The open floorplan seamlessly connects the living area to a well-equipped kitchen. Imagine whipping up meals with friends in this stylish space – sleek cabinets and stainless steel appliances will inspire your culinary creations. Comfortable seating allows for casual gatherings, while mornings can be enjoyed with coffee on the spacious deck, accessible through sliding glass doors. The deck offers both sun and shade – perfect for barbeques or simply soaking up the sea breeze.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible! The main floor features a king-size bedroom with a luxurious headboard and modern touches. Across the hall, another bedroom offers two comfy twin-over-full bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. A third bedroom with another twin-over-full bunk bed is located on the ground floor.
The beautifully designed bathroom boasts spa-like tranquility. Imagine washing away the day under the rainfall showerhead.
Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, right in between Galveston and Surfside, this charming home is the perfect location to access all that the Texas coast has to offer. You’re close to the sand and surf of the Gulf of Mexico, and also a quick drive away from the delicious restaurants and entertainment of the Galveston Strand. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. $25 pet Fee Per Pet
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
